Hotels with Breakfast in Can Tho

"Choosing Charmant Suite Hotel Can Tho for our holiday was an excellent decision location-wise. However, some aspects of our experience didn't quite live up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. I hope the hotel will consider this constructive feedback to continuously improve their service quality: 1. We didn't receive a welcome drink. This is usually the first impression of service before experiencing other amenities. 2. The in-room amenities felt a bit lacking: The toilet area should have a separate door to create a private compartment, providing more comfort for the person using the toilet inside and those using the sink outside. The wet area (shower) and dry area (toilet/sink) should also be separated by a door. The lavabo area could benefit from a shaving mirror, so guests don't have to lean forward, and more hooks to hang items after use. Specifically for the WC area, the power of the ventilation system/exhaust fan should be adjusted to better handle air quality when in use. 3. Outside the bedroom area, at the dressing table for ladies, I suggest adding a mirror with integrated lighting so they don't have to stand while doing their makeup. If the two bedside lamps on the nightstands could be wall-mounted (similar to the lights in public restrooms), it would free up a lot of space for guests to charge phones, place books, etc., without worrying about knocking over the lamps. 4. For loose furniture like the round tea table, a sturdier, heavier base would prevent it from tipping over if someone accidentally leans on it. 5. Most importantly, soundproofing. Everyone wants a relaxing and peaceful stay in a quiet environment, free from noise and strange sounds. Overall, it was a rather enjoyable holiday after a long time returning to the 'Poetic City,' revisiting famous attractions and savoring well-known dishes like Thành Giao's Duck Cooked with Fermented Tofu, Banh Xeo 7 Tới, Cái Răng Floating Market, Ancient Houses, Sơn Islet, Mỹ Khánh Tourist Village, and 'Cái Răng drinking street' (my own name for it). I hope to return again to experience more of this 'Poetic City's' specialties."

"We needed a one-night stopover after moving. Our choice turned out to be the Magnolia's Can Tho Hotel. Check-in was quick and friendly. Check-out was also smooth; we weren't kept waiting. I can say this hotel is customer-focused, and the staff really does everything they can to ensure your satisfaction. The location is great—near the pier with Mekong River excursions, a beautiful waterfront promenade, numerous cafes and banks, and a supermarket nearby. The area is busy, but the rooms are fine. The curtains are thick, and by evening, everything quiets down. The rooms aren't meant to be VIP; they're designed for middle-income travelers. The rooms are stylish, thoughtfully furnished, and cozy and comfortable. They have air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There's no balcony; there's a small opening with no exit, but you can get some fresh air, smoke, or dry your clothes outside. A floor-to-ceiling window overlooks the street. The rooms feature live plants in beautiful vases, as well as paintings. Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are conveniently provided (not disposable). Flip-flops for the room. Clean linens and towels. Water, tea bags, coffee, mugs, spoons, an electric kettle, and a microwave are provided. Convenient mirrors are available in the room and bathroom. There was a TV, but we didn't use it. There was also a wet bar, but no refrigerator (we were allowed to leave food in the hotel's shared refrigerator without any problem). We were informed in advance of breakfast time and our dietary preferences were clarified. In the morning, they called our room with a reminder. This hotel offers breakfast, which is included in the price of your stay. It is served on the top floor, which is very nice and cozy, despite the small veranda. The food is simple and delicious. The hotel staff also offered us a free shuttle to the Bus Station and assistance with purchasing sleepbus tickets. Excellent service, attentive and unobtrusive. I'd like to mention Mr. Jac at the reception and Mrs. Quynh, the maid/breakfast attendant. I think the owner should reward his employees, who enhance the hotel's image and make the stay wonderful. My stay at this hotel left the warmest impressions. I recommend it."
