Changchun Nanguan District Hotels

I would like to give a big thumb up for the receptionist Ms Wang. While having issue with booking, she immediately offered her professional to resolve my issue. As a frequent guest to this hotel, Sirius once again prove service more than its value.

I brought my elderly parents to Changchun, and when choosing a hotel, Ctrip recommended this one. Later, I heard from a ride-sharing driver that its location is right in the heart of the city center. You can indeed stroll along and enjoy the scenery of Renmin Avenue. The overall service attitude at the hotel was excellent. It was during the National Day holiday, and the front desk even gave us cute small towels upon check-in. Every day, our room had a different fruit plate. A small detail: I brought my personal laptop and left it in the room, and the next day I found a mouse pad placed next to it – so thoughtful! The shower room not only had conditioner but even body lotion, which was incredibly comprehensive! The only minor drawback was that the hairdryer plug was loose, so I had to hold the plug end with one hand while drying my hair. The breakfast selection was also extensive, and the fried dough sticks (youtiao) were actually made on-site, not just pre-made and simply fried. Overall, it's a conveniently located and comfortable hotel to stay in.

The hotel is a bit distance from Changchun station, about 15 minutes walking distance but it's worth to stay at this place. There's actually buses from Changchun station but I didn't take it. The room and toilet in the room is clean. The water pressure is good to have a good shower! The staff in the hotel are friendly especially the 大姐who are serving the breakfast! You can always see the smiles on their face! The breakfast at the hotel is yummy too! Overall, this is a nice hotel to stay! You will never regret to stay here. Price is affordable and their service is good. Oh ya, not to forget! There's washing machine and dryer here in the hotel and it's free of charge! 😀

The hotel doesn't have a parking lot, but the price is quite reasonable. The soundproofing is average, and the in-room facilities are a bit dated; I even found cigarette burn marks on the toilet lid. The cleanliness could definitely use some improvement; for instance, I found a used double eyelid tape on a cup lid. Cleaning needs to be more meticulous, with special attention paid to often-missed corners. On a positive note, the front desk on the first floor offers many complimentary nostalgic snacks.

I stayed for the second time. I stayed once on May 1st last year. The experience was very good. I booked it directly with my friends during this Qingming holiday. Overall, it is clean and tidy, with sanitary facilities and warm service. During the cleaning, the aunt helped open the door, turn off the air conditioner, and take the initiative to send water. Especially the front desk Liu Yao and Guo Xinxuan little beauty take the initiative to serve, patient and meticulous. Changchun is beautiful, come back next time

Very good, very satisfied with this B&B. It is the first choice for accommodation. I will choose this hotel next time I have the opportunity. The store owner is enthusiastic and gives good reviews. I am very satisfied with this hotel when I stay away from home.

The housekeeping team was particularly thoughtful, providing us with an extra heat pad to stay warm and even a small box to organize our accessories after noticing we had several. These small but meaningful gestures truly set the hotel apart. Every detail of our stay was handled with care and professionalism, making it a place I highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience.

Staying at Qingju these past few days, I've grown to love it more and more because of the thoughtful details. The hotel environment is excellent, with plenty of food, drink, and entertainment options nearby. Plus, it's very close to Xuebinghou and the zoo/botanical garden. The spatial design is simple yet sophisticated. The hotel facilities are great, with light wood furniture paired with low-saturation walls. Sunlight filters through the blinds, casting dappled shadows on the floor, making every photo look clean and serene. The small bookshelf embedded in the headboard has a few essays, perfect for a relaxing read before bed. Even the power outlets are discreetly hidden, leaving the desk wonderfully clutter-free. The hotel's environment and facilities are truly excellent; I highly recommend staying here!

The room was very satisfactory. The service attitude of the receptionist Zhao Xin was very good. Because I didn't receive the call in time, she also sent a message to inform me that the room had been reserved. The next morning, I wanted to have breakfast in the room. Aunt Jia Zhenhong, the receptionist at the restaurant, also brought me special dishes from Northeast China. I tasted the local food. It was a very pleasant travel experience.

The room was OK, I was upgraded for free, the room was clean and hygienic, the pillow was too high, the bed sheet was made of very slippery material, very thin, not pure cotton, and it made noises when I turned over. The central air conditioning hot air didn't work well, I was freezing to death, the key point was the breakfast, the breakfast didn't meet the four-star standard, I went there at 8 o'clock, there was no milk, half an hour later, they said there was in the coffee machine, the coffee machine was very slow, and I had to wait for coffee, and I had to wait for coffee residue, there was no bread, sweet potato, corn, or any other dishes, I asked a man who cooked noodles, his attitude was very bad, saying there was no green vegetables, this was a four-star holiday, not a morning market, the room was full of people eating breakfast at 8 o'clock, and there was basically nothing in the entire dining area.
