Hotels in Mango Hall/COLORFUL WORLD, Changsha

The front desk service was very good. The hotel's restaurant offers a wide range of choices, including fresh fruit, delicious pastries and nutritious hot meals for breakfast, as well as light dishes suitable for children. The staff members Xiao Luo and Xiao Long had a great service attitude. When they saw that we brought our children, they took the initiative to help get tableware and provide child chairs, which was very thoughtful. It is very convenient for traveling and shopping, and the surrounding supporting facilities are complete. This stay was a great experience. The children had a great time and we stayed comfortably. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come here in the future and will recommend it to friends with children!

The room was very good, but the toilet seat was stained. I wiped it myself. Ctrip checked in early, but there was nothing I could do about it before the room was vacated. I had to swipe a card to enter the toilet downstairs. I couldn't use it until I checked in. I called again after three o'clock to ask when I would check in. Shouldn't I send my stored luggage in if there is a room?

It's very close to Mango House and Window of the World. It's just a few steps away from the subway station. It's very convenient 👍. The rice noodles for breakfast in the hotel also taste great and are filling in large portions😋.

Actually we really like the view. The front desk is really helpful, especially Milanyana. She gave us her WeChat if we have any questions or things to help, and even bought us ice creams first with her own money and didn't remind us to pay her back when we had trouble buying it through WeChat/Alipay. But for the smell of the toilet is so uncomfortable,it's like rotten smell, until I have to put a coffee to get rid of the smell. And the shower place is not convenient. After shower, Infront of the door is always full of water. Hope they can manage the problem,because it was a beautiful and nice place.

The hotel is in a good location, the service staff are very enthusiastic, the room is also very clean, and the breakfast has a full range of options. I stayed here with my friends and really liked it. I will stay here again next time I come to Changsha.

The hotel facilities are new, clean, with powerful air conditioning. There is an underground parking lot. There is a restaurant street nearby. It is about a 10-minute walk from Changsha University. It is close to the subway station and is convenient for travel.

Come to work and live in this international hotel chain, the room is large, but the shading is not good, the shower sunlight will be revealed in the bedroom, the logic of lighting control is a bit poor (either fully open or fully closed), breakfast is a bit greasy, I hope to have more healthy food, the service staff is still very responsible.

I was extremely impressed by the rooms, facilities and services provided by this hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge went out of their way to help with everything. The rooms are large, bright and comfortable. I went there for the Alec Su concert, the hotel even put his cupboard cut-out in the lobby for us to take photos and played his songs! The location is very convenient for Mango stadium events and the hotel golf carts will drive you to the closest exit and you can walk there in 5 minutes. I will definitely stay here again for concerts.

The room was generally clean, though a bit of dust on the bedside table could be cleaned. The facilities were complete, and although it faced the street, it was quiet with few cars passing by at night. The staff was friendly, and the 3:00 PM check-out option for members was a nice touch.

Because I am traveling with children, the smaller parent-child room can no longer meet the needs. The two 1.8 large beds really meet the needs. The room is very new, but there is no smell. I live on the 28th floor, overlooking the entire Moon Lake, and the view is very good ~ front desk The young lady is very beautiful and very enthusiastic. She recommended that we eat popsicles for free. Overall, it was great.
