Popular Chengdu 4-star Hotels

The location and facilities were good, easy to didi everywhere, the closest metro is like 10 mins walking distance. The room was also really nice and standard, just like the photos. You can actually get a room with a view and not something facing another building, wall or some tiny square. The service was also good, the staff are very willing to help! 029

We stayed 4 nights here and mostly enjoyed the experience. The location was good and easy to get to most attractions. The beds were comfortable – not too hard and not too soft. The pillows were also a good firmness and not too thin as many Chinese pillows are. Trip.com’s diamond system is a bit misleading. Trip.com rates this as a 4 diamond hotel but it’s more like a 3 star hotel. The positives: free washing machine use. Delicious buffet breakfast. No noise coming from adjacent neighbours. Good service. The negatives: the carpet was dirty. One of our rooms smelt of mildew so we requested a new room which did not smell. There was a fair bit of noise from the street outside coming in from the windows in our room - such as cars honking, loud jingles playing from shops, people shouting etc, but it pretty much stopped by midnight. One of our rooms also was next to the elevator which was noisy and we asked to be moved which they accomodate.

Very good hotel in location which is very close to IFS building. It is behind the COSMOS building which might be a bit tricky to find. But if visitor use Amap, it will be quite ok to walk to hotel. This help to catch the airport bus at early morning in walking distance. Variety of food has been provided. Room is quite spacious. Location is close to shopping area and very close to the subway which allow me to go everywhere easily.

It was my first time in Chengdu and I booked this hotel because I was attending a concert at the 大魔方，and I wanted somewhere that is convenient to get to the location but with food nearby. The train station is relatively near within a 10 mins walk, and has some pretty nice restaurants nearby too! I have tried the steamboat with skewers (玉林串串香) that is nearby and it is really not bad with each skewer cost at about 1RMB? The hotel room itself is quite clean, but the bathroom and toilet doors do not reach the celling and floor, so that might be a concern for some (which is not an issue for me since I was staying alone). The room was quite spacious! The free washing machine and dryer (on floor 21) were an added bonus too! The front desk staff (especially the staff called Ivy) were really helpful especially when I ordered deliveries and had some issues. They made my stay even more special and great!

The hotel is very good, with complete facilities and equipment. It is situated within walking distance to IFS. Breakfast selection is good, and they have an egg and noodles station. It will be nice to include more protein selection. The front desk, particularly Ms Liliana was very helpful, professional and enthusiastic when checking in and helping us solve problems and even the food delivery. The hotel has a robot to send us the room cards and food delivery. The housekeepers keeps the room clean and tidy. kudos to the aunty who manage the laundry area, who cleans after each wash!

As an aparthotel, it combines the comfort of home with top - notch hotel services. The moment I stepped into my apartment, I was impressed. The well - equipped kitchen had everything I needed, from a full - sized fridge to cooking utensils. It was a great convenience, especially when I wanted to whip up a quick meal. The on - site swimming pool was a refreshing oasis. The water was crystal - clear, and the pool area was clean and well - maintained. After a long day of exploring the city, a dip in the pool was pure bliss. The gym was also a pleasant surprise. It was filled with modern equipment, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine. The location couldn't be better. It's surrounded by restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. It's a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury.

Good location, nearest metro is chunxi road. Clean, service is great and friendly. Our toilet is clogged but they fixed it straight away. Would recommend!

Excellent service from the reception counter. Because we don't really know how to operate the local app then have to keep bathing the staffs but they are very patience. Like the room setting. It's super clean. And I like the concept of robots going around to deliver things. It made food ordering very easy too. Will come again

It is very close to the subway station and the transportation is convenient. The intersection is also very quiet, clean and tidy. The front desk service is very considerate. The bathroom is large with a bathtub and hot water is very convenient. The room is small but there is a small refrigerator, and central air conditioning, which is very convenient to use. Cons: TV is not HD
