Excellent Location & Outstanding Service – A Truly Memorable Stay! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, thanks to its perfect location and exceptional service. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city. There’s various street food right downstairs, and within walking distance, we found a large shopping mall with plenty of dining options, including delicious hotpot and other local cuisines. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every time we called the front desk for assistance, they responded immediately and resolved any issues with a smile. A special shout-out to **Alina**, who went above and beyond to help us on our last day. We were struggling with multiple heavy suitcases, and she kindly escorted us all the way to the entrance, made sure we got a suitable taxi, and didn’t leave until we were safely on our way. Her warmth and professionalism were truly touching. We’re so grateful to the entire staff for making our Chengdu trip so comfortable and memorable. The hospitality here made us feel right at home. Highly recommended– we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

This stay experience is absolutely excellent! The hotel enjoys a prime location. It's surrounded by a bustling area, making it extremely convenient to get around. The rooms are spacious and bright. The staff members are enthusiastic and attentive. What's more, the hotel even offers a complimentary delicate afternoon tea with a wide variety of delicious pastries. There is also a free laundry service, which solves the big problem of washing and changing clothes during the trip. Whether you're on a business trip or a vacation, this hotel is a fantastic choice!

This is the first hotel that I genuinely would like to give a 5stars review. 1. front desk is very responsive and helpful with all our request including early check in, late check out etc. 2. They are very friendly and welcoming, offered us souvenirs when we reach the hotel and leaving the hotel. 3. They are very considerate, small little things like preparing tissue, sunblock, cooling pad and mosquito repellents beside front desk for travellers. 4. Location is super convenient right beside 太古里 and luxury brands. 5. Upgraded our rooms for our stay Will definitely recommend friends and family, and stay here for next trip.

Experience at the hotel has been splendid. Accommodation is clean and well located. It's near to a popular Dan Dan noodles eatery too. Highly recommend!

We loved our room and the staff at Wanda Reign. The help we received was unparalleled, both from Sini our butler and Don Dong. They went out of their way to solve our questions and answered us super quickly on everything we asked for. They are extremely knowledgable and friendly, they were always available for us. The room is luxurious and we were spoilt with the Dyson hairdryer, fresh fruit and L’Occitane toiletries. Super comfortable beds! We highly recommend to stay at Wanda Reign.

The service at the front desk was particularly good. They were very patient when they encountered something they didn't understand, and they also recommended delicious and fun places around. I was very satisfied and will bring my family to stay here in the future.

In order to go to Tianfu Airport, I searched for Lanhai Yuhua along the subway line. I had stayed in Shandong before and had a good impression. This hotel in Chengdu has a good lobby, rich breakfast, large room area, and the bathroom is clean and odorless with dry and wet separation; the hot tea in the lobby is delicious, the waiter at the door helps with luggage, and the lobby waiter Ni Jia helps patiently; You can take the subway directly to Tianfu Airport without worrying about traffic jams. It is a good choice.

🌞The hotel is right next to Wenshu Monastery, and it only takes about ten minutes to walk there. The subway is also very close, and there are two subways, so it is very convenient to take a taxi🌹. Before I arrived, the hotel called me in advance and asked about my arrival time, arranged the room for me in advance, and gave me directions, including the subway and taxi routes, in great detail. After arriving at the store, he also recommended me places to eat, drink and have fun around the hotel. It was really great. I will definitely come again next time🌙

Unique boutique hotel concept. Near famosr eatery street and kuanzainalley but quite a distance from MRT. Breakfast has limited options but the quality is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Take note that food delivery doesn't goes to your room. The room is a Abit weird, generally clean. They give free coffee or cocktail from your own bar next door. It taste average, I rather get my coffee from luckin.

The trip experience was great! The location of the hotel is particularly good, 5 minutes walk from the subway station, and it is super convenient to travel. The room was cleaned very clean, the facilities were complete, and there was a small kitchen. The room is equipped with a refrigerator and a drying washing machine, which is very convenient. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, and they helped upgrade the room type when they checked in. I will choose this one next time I come here!
