"The hotel service was very good. When they saw that we had done laundry, they left a clothes drying rack and laundry detergent when they cleaned the room. This thoughtfulness was truly unique among the many hotels we have stayed in. I am very grateful~~~ It completely made up for the minor shortcomings of the hotel's hardware (such as no coffee machine, no refrigerator, etc.). The sanitary conditions are also very good. Different small fruits are thoughtfully prepared every night. If there is any need for assistance, the customer service will do their best to arrange it properly, which is very heartwarming.
The hotel is in a good location, should it be considered the city center? ! There are big supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, and the city government is across the street. There is a canteen in the lobby on the first floor, and there are many swimming children passing through.
The service attitude is very good. They will greet each other in the elevator
I donât know why. Breakfast is in a hall on the third floor, but the circulation is not well designed. There is a rice cooker in the corner. I didnât even see it.
Letâs talk about the equipment in the room. What I want to complain about is the location of the faucet in the shower. If the water pressure is too high, water will fly everywhere and spray towards the glass door. I suggest you switch it. If you turn it off and on in the middle, it will be out of control.
I also found that the sheets had holes in them.
As for the bedside switch, it looks like it has black marks and is dirty. Iâm not sure if itâs because itâs been difficult to wipe off over time.
The environment and view are very good. The square dancing and singing from 7 am to 23 pm is quite lively.

It is said that it has cost several hundred million to build. The hotel is in a village, the overall Southeast Asian style, fully equipped, the room has been upgraded, you can soak in the hot spring in the room âš. But we went to choose the pool on the opposite 2nd floor. The temperature was too high, soaked for a while, dizzy and headache. Although the overall is good, but unfortunately the hotel does not rely on the natural landscape, a little price is not worth it.

GGuest UserWe had an absolutely excellent stay. The service across all departmentsâfrom the Front Desk and Room Service to the Di Ming restaurant and the hot springsâwas outstanding. Every hotel member we interacted with was incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated how immaculately clean the entire environment was kept.
I want to offer a special commendation to the Front Desk and Restaurant Managers/Headers. Their commitment to personalized service and leading by example was truly noteworthy. They were warm, genuinely helpful, and created very memorable moments during our visit. Thank you.

A note for future travelers: While the hotel itself is excellent, please be aware that transportation in the surrounding area is very challenging without a personal car.
It is extremely difficult to secure ride-sharing services (like Didi), and hiring local drivers is quite costly. They often charge a round-trip fee for a single journey. For example, a trip less than 1 mile from the hotel to the West Gate cost us „50 for drop-off and pickup. A longer trip to the East Gate was at „250.

She will answer any questions and respond to any requests. The environment in the B&B is good, but the outdoor swimming pool may not be open in winter. The hygiene in the room is good. Children can play in the pool, but breakfast has to be eaten somewhere else. It would be better if breakfast could be enjoyed in the B&B. The restaurant recommended by the lady at the front desk is also good. Overall, it is good.

It is still recommended to stay in the cabin. Although there is no shuttle bus from the hotel front desk to the cabin, you have to climb 2 slopes and walk dozens of steps to get up and down the back mountain, but the location is much better than the glass house. After all, the elevator of the infinity pool (glass house) has not been repaired during the 2 days we stayed there... I can't imagine how to walk so far with luggage...
Compared to the very old main building, the cabin should be built later, and the overall facilities are much better. It is equipped with a XGIMI projector, a hot spring pool + outdoor swimming pool, and the bathroom is also separated into dry and wet areas. The whole color matching and facilities feel thoughtful, but the cabin is located in the hot spring area as a whole, with all kinds of unknown small flying insects and mosquitoes A lot, but luckily the air conditioner was strong enough, so I didn't get bitten...
