I stayed in the same room for another week. A female staff member (of Asian descent) at the front desk asked to charge an extra 30 dollars per night (plus tax). First, it was not the peak season. Second, they charged more for the same room. I don't understand. Different attitudes of different staff members towards guests will affect the credibility of the hotel.

Very good. It's very close to other attractions. It's a great accommodation experience. It's just on the Magnificent Mile. There are buses, subways, and shopping malls nearby. I recommend staying here if you want to travel to Chicago.
