"The hotel had a prime location, very close to Luohan Temple and Xiaoshizi station. From there, we could walk to nearby busy and vibrant shopping streets/local restaurants/cafes/attractions including Hongyadong. The staff was very friendly, respectful and always available to help us during our stay. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommended."

"Moved to this room for one night, from the double bed big room, as my friend joined me. Room was exactly like the picture, clean, beautiful, amazing views, location perfect. But the walls were paper thin, could hear everything from the room next door which was a bit disruptive if you wanted to get rest in the night and morning. Stayed in the other room for 4 nights and didn't here a thing, could be that it was a corner room so no neighbours. Other than that no issues."

"This is a truly stylish hotel! The front desk service was excellent, and the check-in process was incredibly thoughtful! They even called me specifically to pre-cool the room. 😃 Upon check-in, I was given complimentary soft drinks and snacks 😘. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can directly enjoy stunning river views! At night, you can also get a panoramic view of Chongqing's cityscape, with both the Grand Theatre and the Yangtze River Bridge visible – it's absolutely fantastic! 😏 Imagine waking up in the morning, saying 'Xiao Du, Xiao Du, open the curtains,' and witnessing the breathtaking river view unfold right before your eyes – the sheer amazement is indescribable! 😆😆😆 It's a shame I can't post videos here, otherwise I'd truly love to share it with everyone. An absolutely wonderful stay! I'll definitely be back! 😘"

"We visited Chongqing for a few days and stayed at Stone Hotel. The hotel shares a building with many other hotels, though Stone Hotel is much easier to access than some hotels my friends booked in the same building. It occupies levels 7 and 8 and doesn’t require changing lifts halfway (hotels in the higher levels do). We stayed in a Tatami Room which was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space to open two suitcases. While there was a window, there wasn’t much of a view. Our room (and every second room in this hotel) requires going up some steps to your door. There are food options around the hotel and the hotel itself is within walking distance (15-20 minutes) or a short drive (10 minutes) to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and Hongya Cave areas. Opposite the hotel is Raffles City, a large mall with international and local brands."

"I had an outstanding stay at 世野酒店（解放碑旗舰店） / Iseya Jiefangbei Flagship Hotel. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Jiefangbei with easy access to shopping, food, and major attractions. The room was clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. One of the biggest highlights was the virtual butler 世野酒店小管家 “图图”, who responded quickly to every request and made the entire stay effortless. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary panda plushie, Chongqing local snacks, and the return airport transfer. Additionally, the hotel’s food delivery service, where staff help pick up your food orders and deliver them right to your doorstep, was incredibly convenient and added an extra level of comfort. Overall, this was a truly 5-star experience from start to finish. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chongqing!"

The WiFi was good, the staff were super friendly and helpful when I had trouble with something and the room was amazing and super spacious. The location is in a great spot right within walking distance to popular locations and amazing food. When I come back to chongqing, I will definitely be booking here again."

"Our stay at the hotel was really amazing. The room was very spacious, clean and had great amenities (even sauna in the room). The view of the city was breathtaking. Communication with the hotel staff was really smooth and pleasant, as English speakers we had no issues. Location of the hotel is very convenient as its right next to subway exit and has many interesting places around with lots to do. Definitely recommended!"

"We arrived in Chongqing in the evening. My son lost his passport at the high-speed railway station. We didn't know how to contact the relevant authorities. The receptionist on duty that day helped us coordinate with the police and the station staff. We are very grateful. I would like to give a 100/10 rating for the kindness of the receptionists who tried to help us. Moreover, The room condition was very good, clean, and fully equipped (for Thai people, there is an automatic water sprayer). The location of the accommodation is very good, close to bustling business district. We highly recommend you to stay here."

"Stayed with a family of 5 adults, within walking distance to Xiaoshiqi metro station. The hotel staff even contacted us via trip.com on the day of check in to confirm our estimated time of arrival which was very reassuring. We were given complimentary voucher for drinks (coffee/tea/soda) and desserts upon arrival. That was so unexpected 😄 It was a good welcome gift after travelling from chengdu. The lobby at level 15 was at a very strategic location. It has a nice view of the qiansimen bridge with chongqing's nightscape. We could also watch the drone show from the lobby, tho it was from the reversed side. The hotel is also just right across the street from the back of hongyadong. The curtains can also automatically open and close. The switches are touch screened. The toilet has a mild smell but otherwise, tolerable. All in all, highly recommended!"
