This was my first visit to Chongqing, and I chose WallingHotel. They operate two branches—one at Jiefangbei Hongyadong and another at Binjiang Road. Since we preferred a quieter environment, I opted for the latter, and it turned out to be a satisfying choice. The only minor drawback is that while the train stations are within walking distance, they’re not exactly close. Fortunately, taxis here are inexpensive, so getting around wasn’t an issue.
The hotel itself is located inside an office building, with the front desk on Level 4 and the rooms on Levels 15 and 16. The only concern is that access feels a little too open, with minimal security control, as the floors are generally accessible to anyone.
That said, I was very pleased with everything else. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable, making it a relaxing stay. A huge plus is that they provide washing machines and dryers free of charge—so you don’t need to pack too many clothes.
Breakfast is served as a buffet, but what impressed me most was their thoughtful alternative—if you happen to miss it, you can still enjoy a comforting bowl of noodles. I absolutely loved their noodles; they truly capture the authentic, bold flavors of Chongqing’s traditional spicy style.
What really stood out, though, was their service. During checkout, I realized I had left my phone cable in the room. To my surprise, the staff proactively contacted me through social media and arranged to have it delivered to my next hotel. That extra effort left me with a lasting, positive impression.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend WallingHotel to everyone visiting Chongqing.
The room is old. This is fine, but there is no fan in the bathroom. The room smells of the bathroom the whole time I am here.
The entire hotel is very nice but old. However, the service was great. As expected at a Hilton. The pool is nice, but a little small. Gym is great.
This is 4min walk from a metro line and 20min DiDi from any location you want to go.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, merely a 3-minute walk from the subway station. Major attractions like Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, and Liziba are all just a couple of subway stops away, making transport incredibly convenient. Plus, the Zhou Residence, a significant 'red education base,' is located right at the hotel's entrance.
Despite being an established hotel, its facilities are impeccably maintained. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with generously sized bathrooms, ensuring a very comfortable stay. It truly lives up to its five-star rating.
The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, always ready to assist. The swimming pool is also a highlight; though not large, its water quality is excellent.
Breakfast offered a good mix of Chinese and Western dishes, quite substantial and delicious. Definitely a big thumbs-up!
Should I return to Zunyi, I would undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

My stay was a pleasant surprise! The room was simple and elegant, spotlessly clean. The shower was incredibly soft and comfortable, washing away any fatigue. We even had a Lefen hairdryer in the room, a true favorite for women. Even better, the mouthwash was half-and-half, showing how well they understand what young people like. The view from the window was stunning, and every photo I took was a hit. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, sending me directions, making the journey from the airport to the hotel a breeze. This stay in Chongqing was truly worth it!
Facilities: Super smart, reminiscent of the smart homes in Korean movies.
Cleanliness: Needless to say, the bathroom, especially, was spotless. They even provided various small, disposable disinfectant items, a truly thoughtful touch.
Environment: The hotel has upgraded its river view and a large, star-shaped terrace. Watching the Chongqing river from there at night was truly dreamy and magnificent. Service: The 24-hour butler service is incredibly thoughtful, available 24/7. They even provide free customized itineraries and travel tips. Awesome!
24-hour butler service: Instant responses, beautiful women, and friendly service. A feast for the eyes and heart.
The Private Hot Tub River View Room with Soaring Ceilings is Absolutely Stunning! ✨
I recently stayed at the YOLO Eling Art Museum Hotel in Chongqing, and it absolutely blew me away! I have to give a special shout-out to the incredible ceiling height. There's none of that cramped feeling you often get in typical hotels; you feel completely unconstrained just walking around or stretching your arms. It truly elevates your mood! 😆
What I loved most was definitely the private hot tub room! Soaking in the warm tub at night, feeling the heat relax every pore, completely washed away all the fatigue from a day of exploring and eating. The tub's design is very clever; pull the massive curtains, and your privacy is absolutely guaranteed!
And the views? Simply beyond words. During the day, open the curtains to a stunning panorama of Chongqing's unique, layered cityscape alongside the flowing river – every casual photo looks like a scene from a movie. At night, as the city lights up, the cruise boats on the river and the shore lights shimmer, creating a dazzling spectacle. You can enjoy this entire night view feast right from your room, completely eliminating the need to jostle for space at a crowded observation deck!
Breakfast was another delightful surprise! The restaurant on the 5th floor truly offers the best river-view spot. Enjoying breakfast while watching the mighty Yangtze River flow gently by, with the buildings on the opposite bank appearing incredibly clear in the morning light – this is truly the perfect way to kickstart your morning in Chongqing!
Overall, I found the value for money to be exceptional. It perfectly blends the sophisticated design of an art museum hotel with the ultimate comfort of a private hot tub and breathtaking river views. If you're planning a trip to Chongqing, this place is an absolute must-try!
It was my first time in Chongqing, and after much deliberation, I chose this hotel. I have to say, the hotel clearly shows care and warmth. The friendly front desk lady was attentive and attentive, and the room was incredibly comfortable. It was a truly wonderful experience. Oh, and a stroll along the picturesque Zhongshan Fourth Road is a must. You'll discover that you don't have to go far to visit crowded attractions. I stumbled upon the Treasure Café right before leaving.
Booking this hotel for our trip with friends was absolutely the best decision! We took a taxi from Jiangbei Airport, and with no traffic, it took us about half an hour to get directly to the hotel lobby. After dropping off our luggage, we immediately went out for food. As it was our first time in Chongqing and we weren't sure what to have for lunch, we asked the front desk staff for authentic Chongqing food recommendations. She promptly sent us a long list of food establishments – incredibly enthusiastic and thoughtful! The hotel is very new, with a modern, minimalist style that's popular among young people. It doesn't feel old or outdated at all. The room isn't huge but is well laid out, offering more than enough space for two of us. No breakfast included wasn't an issue for us at all; we simply found a local breakfast spot and sorted it out. The cleaning staff did an excellent job; even the small details were perfectly clean. When we returned tired in the evening, we enjoyed some drinks and played cards with friends in the room, which was incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend to young people traveling in groups!
The best hotel to see the night view of the mountain city is close to Eling Park. It is convenient to go to Eling Park to watch the night view of the mountain city. The environment is elegant, a clean place in the busy city, with many negative oxygen ions, and the rooms are elegant and refined. I was upgraded to a room with a small balcony for free, where I can watch the outdoor scenery of the Eling Park woods. The air is fresh, the room facilities are complete, and the facilities are of high quality. Very good, clean and tidy. It is very warm to live here and the transportation is convenient.
The room is very clean and convenient for travel. It is very close to the Three Gorges Museum, the Great Hall, and Liziba. You can see the river view, which is great!
Facilities: Complete facilities
Hygiene: Clean and tidy
Environment: It is within walking distance of the Three Gorges Museum, the Great Hall, and Liziba
Service: Thoughtful and patient service
Loved the facilities, staff and location of this hotel. 5 mins walk to rail transit Line 1, exit 2 of Lianglukou station. This makes moving around the city by rail transit very convenient. Lots of eateries around. The provision of free self service laundry facilities is a big plus point. I would choose Ji Hotel again.

MM331753****The environment was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The reception staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
The hotel facilities were complete, the computer configurations were accurate, and the processes ran smoothly without any lag.
GGuest UserService: Excellent! The thoughtful Xiao Tang contacted me on WeChat ahead of time, shared travel tips and directions, and even met us downstairs. His service felt like a friendly friend. ❤️
Environment: The designer hotel's ambiance is naturally comfortable.
Facilities: Complete amenities, including a refrigerator and a very useful hair dryer. The only downside is the lack of a washing machine, which I recommend.
Cleanliness: Excellent sanitation. A very comfortable family stay.
I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Chongqing!
AAichaoyue2014The hotel is in a prime location, with a subway station nearby, making it convenient to various attractions. There's private parking available, and the front desk lady was warm and attentive, a compliment. The room was well-equipped and quiet. The breakfast was hearty and varied. It's a great value. There are even a few adorable cats at the entrance. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing.
Health is OK, the surrounding is also convenient, the room is very different from the online room type, very small, the store said that the big room has to add money. Not very satisfied, not recommended.
MM505253****The hotel we stayed in this time was really nice. It was just across the street from the Children's Hospital, only a few minutes away. The room's simple and modern decoration style is eye-catching. The light-colored main color scheme and soft lighting create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Draw open the curtains and you can take in the dazzling night view of the city. All feelings of fatigue will disappear instantly. Whether you are on a business trip or traveling, you can find a sense of comfort here. The room facilities are complete and practical. The bed was just the right softness and hardness, and I slept very comfortably and slept soundly until dawn. Recommend this hotel🤭🤭🤭
MM260281****The store owner is very patient and speaks very gently. I give a thumbs up to the store owner. This hotel is located in a relatively central location, so whether you want to go to the Grand Auditorium, Liziba, or the Tianti, it is a very convenient place with a subway right outside. The snacks around here are also pretty good. For snacks, there is a noodle shop called Xin Xiaomian which is also delicious. The hotpot at Dongjiawan is also pretty good.
KKnuojiThe room is clean and sanitary, the price is reasonable, and the service is thoughtful. Fortunately, the road here is not difficult, and the store is easy to find. It is very close to the subway station. Friends don't have to worry
AAnonymous UserA temporary online search, the traffic is more convenient, the underground passage is there, the price is very affordable, the service is not bad
