Colmar Hotels with Pools

Amazing!!!!!! Exceptional services!!! Room is clean and comfy. Highly recommend this hotel !!!! All staff are very kind and helpful. I think this is one of the best hotel around the area. We don’t have time to enjoy the gym and swimming pool, but the environment are great too!!

A very clean and successful hotel. I advise. A hotel located at the beginning of the bazaar. It's nice that he thinks about his customers. Those who do not want to pay too expensive fees. You buy something from the big market right across the street and cook it in your room. Dishwasher, stove, microwave, all available. Including plates and knives. Likewise, the hotel in Strasburg has the same concept and is clean and nice. It is convenient.

Plus: - We reached easy the head-office and later, helped by a map provided by the office manager we found the parking. We spent 3 nights and we liked the large parking easy accessible by elevator, we liked our large room situated at the level -1, we had good wifi (paid at a very reasonable rate of 8 euros/3 days). - Location is very good - close to the railway station and the highways, close to the roads to the neighboring villages, close to the city center. - The kitchen was well furnished; the room and bathroom were very clean. Minus: - The 200 Euros deposit on my credit card hasn't been returned at a week after our stay although at check out I was promised that the deposit will be immediately released and although I wrote asking for it. I read on *********** that someone complained that his deposit hasn't been returned after one month !!!, and considering that my deposit hasn't been returned yet I wonder if this bad financial management is intentional. - We found several persons at the reception, of which only one gentleman was kind and efficient. - We found in our room rented for 3 nights only one piece of toilet paper and only one sac for garbage. We bought sets for each and obviously let them in the room. - The payment section of their website does not work well - it was impossible for me to pay the tourist tax or the internet wifi.

#Praise# Satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom, staff attitude, bathroom, adjacent store; We booked a quadruple room for two big and two small, and we checked in at the front desk of the hotel and smiled politely to make up the difference for one person. The husband also smiled politely to the end. Later, he didn't make up a penny. The room was not big, but the bed was very comfortable to sleep. After a whole day, I slept in this bed. It was very relieved. The shower and toilet are separate and very convenient for us. The location of the hotel is still a distance from the old town of Colmar. It is very convenient to drive here. After all, Colmar is enough to play for a day. If there is no car, it is not recommended to live here.

The Staff at the Rapp Hotel were first class, very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to come back to the hotel, after long walks, to enjoy the pool. The breakfast was plentiful with various choices. The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel is a small walk from the centre where you will find pretty streets and old buildings.
