"My first order with room service ended in a shocking experience — the delivery staff stole money from me. I immediately informed guest services, who said they would contact security, but no one ever followed up with me about this terrible situation. Housekeeping was wonderful, but the rest of the staff left much to be desired.
The beach experience was equally disappointing. You can’t enjoy the shoreline without being harassed by vendors trying to sell you everything imaginable. Walking on the sidewalk is nearly impossible due to the number of trucks, golf carts, and scooters used by workers. On top of that, the seaweed problem is out of control — piles and piles of it make the beach completely unenjoyable.
Overall, I will never stay at this resort again."

"Upon arrival i found out that Trip.com botch my reservation. i booked a garden suite that offered a king bed or two doubles. My search was 1 room 2 adults i was giving Punta Cana. princess suites. the resort refuse to check me and my sister in because a phone rep told me that my booking was good for two. had to use my spending money to pay extra cause Trip.com did not put my sister on the booking. food was nasty, cold and picked over. fresh food was not put out often enough. Flies were all over the food. wait staff at the steak house was rude and nasty. Refuse to correct my order after they messed it up. Spent an entire night hungry. beautiful spot but will never go to this resort again nor will i book with trip.com"

"It is a hotel that is almost 5 stars. The most positive thing is that the staff is all super friendly, with a super cheerful spirit, the hotel maintenance is super good, only some small details such as in the public bathrooms, general maintenance but not cleaning, the gastronomy is what I think can improve a little more apart from the Toro restaurant that was of high quality, the food is good but not at the level of excellence. We visited all the restaurants and they were good.
I do not have anything negative about the hotel, the bad thing for us was the beach, impossible to swim in, a lot of waves, the children cannot even play on the shore, super dangerous, we even managed to see a person drowning and thanks to the service of the lifeguards they managed to revive the person.
The rooms are quite comfortable and large, and if you are not interested in buying property do not agree to go to the talk for the points because you will lose half a morning. And with the vendors on the beaches you will find better prices.
But if you are only looking for a pool and nightlife with discos, casinos and theaters, this is the perfect hotel. If you are only looking for a beach, this is not the hotel, although you can find quiet beaches within a 20-minute walk along the shore."

"It's normal, but it's not worth waiting for anything special. Cleaning and changing towels every day. Breakfast is only 3 options for choice, one of which is always absent. There is your small beach club with a bar at the second hotel on the beach in a pedestrian accessibility. The staff is very slow, as well as everywhere in the country. Before New Year's Eve, they asked the tug to clap the dress, we never brought it. And the room is a large closet and no shoulder hanger. No refrigerator. Big balcony, no chair on the balcony. Everything is somehow unthinkable"

"Our stay at Breathless was incredible; the room was great, the food was delicious, but the whole experience was taken over the top by our VIP concierge, Pablo. We have stayed in many top-rated hotels and resorts all around the world, but we have never felt so safe and comforted as we did at Breathless. We received a text message from our VIP every day about what activities would happen on the property and when. We were also told many times if we had any problems to let him know or if we were looking to have any experiences or see any shows. He was able to connect the dots with everything. We felt like celebrities and because of it we had an amazing trip. "

"We vacationed with my daughter's family. The service at reception was excellent—they immediately gave us adjoining rooms! Thank you!!!
Rooms. The buildings are three-story. Half of the buildings have access to the lawn by the pool (these are single-bed rooms). Twin rooms (for families with children) face the opposite side of the pool, but the pool is still very close. The pools are long, starting at the buildings closest to reception and ending at the sea. They clear any fallen leaves every morning.
Entertainment. For both children and adults! There was dancing on the beach, aqua aerobics, and much more! The team did a great job!
The sea. This place has the best location—a reef 100 meters away protects us from the waves. During our stay, it rained, and the shores of neighboring hotels had waves, but ours were very small!!! However, on days when the wind blew from the sea, there was a lot of seaweed in the water near the shore.
Food. Delicious! A la carte restaurants are available without reservations. We only went once because the food was so varied that we didn't want to go anywhere else!
Water park. For both children and adults. At lunchtime, there's a barbecue and snacks right on the water park grounds."

"My first all inclusive experience and it was beyond my expectation. I had a swim out room and was part of the preferred club, with a personal butler and food concierge to cater for halal food. The resort was beautiful with many pools, a serene beach and a lazy river! So many restaurants to choose from plus a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I spent the entire time at the resort with no need for any excursions. There were nightly entertainment, unlimited snacks and drinks [non-alcoholic for me] and twice daily house keeping. Overall, I would stay again for the food [taste, variety and service], amenities [lazy river!] and hospitality [friendly staff].
PS: You will also have access to all amenities of BREATHLESS, the adults only side."

MMsGoforitThe hotel was fabulous in that it was clean, spacious, modern, and had a calm business vibe. It is set outside of the main Madrid attractions, which is nice for business travelers. If you are traveling to see the sites, you will need to take an Uber/ taxi, which is about 15-20 minutes per traffic and time of day. It's not bad, but not ideal if you want to walk out from your hotel and be in the action. Apart from location, the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, the hotel has a modern vibe, and has some cool restaurants located around its vicinity. Im a huge fan of AC hotels now because of this beauty we stayed at in Madrid! Although its kinda far from the attractions, I'd still return and stay at this location again and refer it to future travelers!

GGuest UserWhat an amazing place. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The friendly staff made my check in pleasant. Shout out to señor Francisco from the Mexican restaurant. He and his team were awesome. The food was delicious. The buffet restaurant is packed with goodies. Anything you want you can eat. Justin was super nice. Best waiter ever. The resort is clean, well maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. Overall, had an excellent time. Would definitely recommend.

GGuest UserThis was our first time in Dominicana and we chose this hotel because our tour operator said it was new and we actually liked the pics (they are real by the way, not like in the majority of the hotels where they post only the best to attract guests). First thing that impressed us was that all staff was wearing masks at all times everywhere: inside and outside! No matter if they were showing sport exercises, cleaning or dancing in the lobby in the evening, they were always in masks! Then sanitizers everywhere . Temperature control at the entrance to the hotel and to all restaurants. The staff also makes sure you are wearing a mask and gloves when picking food. Everyone was polite helping and smiling all the time. I will name only some people here just because I didn't take photos of all names, so sorry if I didn't name you. All receptionists were ready to help and solve any problem you have. Bieavenido (thanks for late night talk, now I know when is the Independence day in Dominicana!😊). All our requests were satisfied within 5-15minutes (not Dominican minutes👆🤣). Guys at the restaurant all who were welcoming, thank you for giving us masks and gloves when we were too overwhelmed with holiday activities and forgot to get them🙈. Thank you for always wishing us good morning, nice day and smiling! Guys who take orders inside the restaurants and my Spanish teachers😅 Ramon, Antonio, Wilsoooooon Rincon, muchos gracias! They always ask you how you are, remember your orders and bring them before you think about it. Mariia Soriano and Andy from lobby bar- the smiliest girl and boy ever! VVidal ClaramonteIt has been a pleasant stay. The customer service provided by the hotel has been satisfactory in general. The all-inclusive offer could be improved from my point of view. And for that price it could have included the transfer. Improvable facilities, especially the gym, which is not suitable for this hotel, is very small and inaccessible, it seems like a maze to enter. And the spa is also very poor and not even included in the offer of the all-inclusive package with a superior room. When in Spain 90% is included both services, transfer and spa. Great hotel, great chain, but my face of satisfaction for some other things remains indifferent for that reason... The variety in the food buffet was not too much either... it is compensated by the customer service and the environment of virgin beaches. Then a detail is the overweight in terms of street vendors outside and inside the enclosure...even with the massages...

NNicaurisUI’ll admit, the negative reviews almost made me cancel my reservation at the Nickelodeon Hotel—but I’m so glad I didn’t! I encourage everyone to experience places for themselves rather than relying solely on other people’s experiences (bad reviews). Everyone has different expectations, and some can be more demanding than others.
My family and I are pretty chill and laid-back, so even when a few things didn’t go exactly as planned, we were able to adjust easily and still have a great time. The overall experience was very positive—good food, super friendly staff, and great service throughout our stay. We had so much fun and made some amazing memories. Definitely worth the trip!

We booked the Tropical Deluxe room but we were given a room at the Caribe Deluxe instead, but it was okay as there isn’t much difference and the resort has the same amenities for both, but would be nice if we were given a heads up prior to us going in the room. The room was okay, quite small and a bit rundown and looks a bit different from what you see in the photos. Overall our stay was good. The beach was really nice, and there are lots of amenities in the hotel. It was also hard to book a reservation at the restaurants through their online app. Please stay away at the Tao Restaurant - ala carte. My husband had stomach flu and diarrhea after eating there. Too bad the hotel doesn’t want to do anything, so we ended up going at the private clinic inside the resort.
