Nice, I really like the staff here, very nice and kind, free to store, people are very good

The location is good, and there is a delicious restaurant called New Banana Leaf nearby. The staff at the front desk was kind and they kept our luggage for free even after we checked out.

The hotel is not a hotel, it is at most a hotel. Indian brother is very timely to check in (if you can help me with a baggage, huh, huh) because there is no elevator. . There is no soap except the toilet paper in the room. The little friend remembers to bring the shampoo shower gel. The wifi signal is not good, and the bath water is hot. The price is also moderate. Three people live 260.

The location of the hotel is superb and the price can't be beat. It is beyond me how the hotel can run air conditioning in the rooms at this price. I don't understand why this hotel has so many bad reviews. Either the hotel is booked by people who are extremely stingy or who have to calculate with every single rupee. Regarding the nationalities of the guests, it must be said that you can't even rent a chicken coop for this price in their countries of origin. The hotel offers all the promised facilities such as attached bathroom, air conditioning, WIFI and TV. The hotel can only be criticized for not having a single room in the entire building, as shown on the hotels own website. At this price it must be clear to everyone that this is a very basic, run-down budget hotel and one cannot make any claims. If you have higher demands, you have to pay about three times as much in Colombo. If you have higher demands but don't have the necessary finances, you have to make do with hotels like the Juliana or don't come to Sri Lanka. My company booked the hotel for an employee as it is very well located for our business. After ouremployee had a look at the room, we immediately rebooked him to another hotel, but we won't be upset about that and won't give a bad review for the above reasons.

Great place to stay. Everything was great. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was nice. Staff were so helpful, welcoming and polite. Location was good

This is a premium guest house in a excellent location overlooking the sea. They do have a few deficiencies but those can be overlooked as the overall package is good. The boss Mr Sudarshan is an excellent gentleman who assists with all that is possible.
