"Facilities: No kettle, separate wet and dry toilets, a bit like folk customs. Soundproofing is average, earplugs are required, and the elevator is very slow.
Hygiene: Found a towel left by a previous customer, nothing else is wrong.
Environment: In the city, surrounded by restaurants, close to the central station, 7 minutes walk, convenient for travel.
Service: No highlights, simple breakfast, fortunately did not choose."
"So central! I was really surprised. Right near the Tivoli gardens and I could see the fireworks from my window. Beds were soft and clean. The hotel lets you decide when you want your room cleaned which was a nice touch ."
"Although check-in was a few hours late, Andre at the front desk was very polite and always had a smile on his face. The hotel is in a century-old building, in a lively area. It's very close to the attractions and surrounded by restaurants and bars, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is poor, the room given is on the 1/2 floor, and the neighborhood is very noisy in the middle of the night..."

"Super friendly team, thanks to the online check-in the evening before, everything went quickly at reception upon arrival, and also during the entire stay, always attentive and committed staff, comfortable room, slept well despite the central location, the only thing I missed was a magnifying mirror in the bathroom."
"The location is excellent, near the New Port. It takes 700 meters to walk from the airport to the New Port by subway. The main attractions can be reached on foot, such as the New Port, Rosenborg Palace, Frederick Church, Mermaid, etc. The room is on the canal, with a panoramic view of the Opera House and the Royal Theater. Although the room is not big, it has a strong sense of design, good quality, and antique style. There is a Chinese restaurant (Dongyuan) near the New Port, and the food is OK."
"Great for a short week in Copenhagen. Walking distance to the central station, the main shopping street, and some of the tourist-spots you should visit if it’s your first time in town. We especially liked the roof-terrace which has excellent views and is a bit of an oasis in the buzzing center of Copenhagen. Recommend!"
"Wonderful experience at villa copenhagen. The check-in took a little too long because we booked 1 large bed but they put me to twin room. The lady receptionist tried to solved it best as she could. We stayed here 2 nights. The rooftop pool experience is a must for the visit. The room interior is fully and classy decorated with high quality materials. Bed was nice. I recommended this hotel if you transit by train. The location is right by the train platform, back exit. The lobby bar vibe was cozy and lively."
"Strategically located, only 5 min on foot from Copenhagen Central station. A lot of hotels in this area and I think Hotel Mayfair quite stood out with its bright signage and big building.
The room itself was clean and quite spacious, enough for 3 travellers. However, some things to note include - there's no fridge in the room so you will have to store your perishables in the staffs fridge in the luggage room, no kettle and also cups provided are too small for even coffee provided.
One letdown was the poor ventilation for bathroom. There was some kind of odd smell from the toilet every time we entered the room.
Staff were all attentive and helpful, they helped us with filling up hot water and storing our bags before checking in."
"Have travelled extensively and NH Collection Copenhagen is one of the best we have stayed. Every staff especially Martina was very attentive throughout our 5 nights stay at the hotel. Our 33rd wedding anniversary was made even more memorable when the hotel surprised us a tray of fruits/chocolate and a bottle of champagne!
Will highly recommend our friends visiting Copenhagen."
"This hotel is highly recommended. Whether it is from the location of the hotel, quality of service, infrastructure, it is perfect! My mom heard that Ctrip can write reviews, so let me write a good comment. The breakfast is quite rich and picturesque. The room is large, there are a lot of compartments, and the hotel is also quite thoughtful. Only you can't think of it, without them being prepared, I think I should be able to satisfy all kinds of discerning guests. In the winter, you can also have a fireplace. It’s really burning wood. My mom's favorite is the garden next to the hotel. It is free to enter the hotel. It is really super beautiful, all kinds of flowers, various amusement facilities, various restaurants, my mom has to go shopping every night. The hotel is in the center of the city, the traffic is very convenient, just buy something to walk, no need to take a taxi, what brand can be found around it. Maybe its appearance is not so conspicuous, but walking into the hotel will really shock you. I am also a very picky person, this hotel really makes me quite satisfied, strong Amway, very worthy of its price, do not hesitate."

Great
GGuest UserI really enjoyed staying at the city hub in Copenhagen. It’s absolutely perfect for solo travelling, there’s a metro station that’s 7 minute walk and a bus right outside that takes you into the city centre in like 10 minutes. Amenities were great and actually super clean. I did find hair in my bed and a stain and when I went to complain at the reception they were pretty quick to move me into another hub.
Apart from that everything was very smooth and decent for a solo travel or if you went with another person. Will definitely return to the city hub.
CCHOW LONG HANGIt is overall okay for me. There is a bar downstairs, it is a good option for solo or group travelers.
For dorm room, it is no curtain, a bit lack of privacy. But the toilet and shower is okay and clean. There is locker inside the dorm room but you have to prepare your own lock.
The location is 10-15 minute walk from city centre.

Great
BBrianI stayed for three nights at their single bedroom and I enjoyed my stay primarily for the location and the reception area with nice seats and sofas. The bar is open until evening and had coffees too. The location is just next to the main city train station and you can walk for 20 minutes to get to Tivoli, the Parliament House and for a little longer to the mermaid, docks, and war museum. My room was typical European extra small but the shower and bed are more comfortable than the typical budget room in Paris. The breakfast is continental and doesn’t change but they open by 6.30 am, which is a godsend if your flight is early or you’re an early bird. You can cross over to the opposite hotel to access a small gym room (no one used it so I enjoyed it). Absalon is expensive and there are cheaper options but I absolutely didn’t regret staying there.
GGuest UserGreat location - very close to centre of the city and food market. Staff is really helpful. There is also good lobby and bar inside the hotel. The size of standard rooms is really small so it will be inconvenient for tourist with a lot of suitcases)

EE86llieI recently stayed at Next House Copenhagen, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hostel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, with a stylish, modern design that made the place feel more like a boutique hotel than a budget stay.
The location is fantastic—central and within walking distance of Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens, and many of the city’s key attractions. It made exploring the city super convenient.
What really stood out was the attention to detail and comfort. The rooms were compact but cleverly designed, with cozy beds, personal reading lights, and lockers for security. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the quiet sleeping pods which offered privacy despite the shared room setting.
Next House offers tons of amenities you don’t usually get in hostels. There’s a gym, cinema room, rooftop bar with great city views, a football court, and even live music in the evenings. The communal areas are buzzing with energy and make it incredibly easy to meet people from all over the world. It’s the perfect mix of social and chill.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready with tips or a smile. You can tell they care about creating a great experience for guests.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly yet high-quality stay in Copenhagen, Next House is a no-brainer. Whether you’re a solo traveler, a digital nomad, or a group of friends, this place has something for everyone. I’ll definitely be back!

PPypyppyI slept in women tent. The staff is super nice. And super useful guide to explore Copenhagen if you join the WhatsApp group. There’s port on bed for charging. A locker for you to put stuff. And the location is fantastic. Easy to get around the city by transportation nearby. They don’t have a kitchen but you can buy food to eat in the bar and there are many cafes, McDonald’s, street food and bar nearby. They have big washroom and seperate toilet and washroom that you dun have to worry about peeing yourself. And they have a bar.
The room space is not big. And there’s many dust under the charging port on bed. But overall I think it’s fine.
GGuest UserBeing with two in the room, there isn’t much privacy you get for the bathroom. It is surrounded by milk glass and a sliding door which can’t be locked.

GGuest UserThe location is not far from the Town Hall. It consists of two sections (different entrances) - a bar (the reception is also there), the next door leads to the hostel rooms, which occupy six floors. The elevator (of an old design) goes only to the fifth - so those who got a room on the sixth will have to walk one more floor up.The rooms are quite cramped, the top bed is suspended on pipes, which can give the impression that you are in a basement. On the entire floor - only two toilets, two sinks and three showers. The kitchen as such is not available to guests - there is a small dark room on the ground floor under the bar - which contains two small refrigerators, a microwave, a kettle. There is not even a sink with running water - this can be difficult if you need to wash your own dishes, fruits/vegetables, etc.

GGuest UserGreat clean budget hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good facilities with a large seating area with food/drinks available. Good loctaion within a few minutes walk of the central station, a metro station and a shopping mall. The rooms are quite small but were exactly what I booked and expected. Fast free wifi.
I would stay here again.
DDi JonesUsed wheelchair lift but could not exit without help, pressed bell but no response, had to get another guest to let me off.
Room very hot & stuffy, cooled slightly with windows open.
Wasn't aware fans available until day i was leaving.
Good shower, bed ok for a couple of days.
Fair price for good location.
Very much coming & going 24/7.
Good stay for 3 nights to get a taste of Copenhagen
