The kids will love our free range chickens and horses and you are welcome to explore the pastures and surrounding woods, or bring your fishing poles to try for some catfish from our small pond.The cottage is a one-story, 2 bedroom, 1 bath house with approximately 1,000 square feet. The floor-plan is open concept with the kitchen and island opening up to the living room. We have an attached sun-room/game room and a covered patio with rocking chairs. Some of the special features include a rain head shower and barn doors.When you enter the property, there is a long driveway. We have an automatic gate that requires a PIN. The cottage is the blue house on your right. The door to enter is through is in the sun-room, with a numeric code to enter the property.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).There is a fee per pet.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
