Maison Privee - Luxury Sea View Apt in Five Resort on the Palm

If I could give a zero star review I would. This place is run by scammy management that will literally ignore you when the bathroom is flooding and refuse a refund. Arrived for a work trip to a stinky apartment that had no working toilet, flooding in the bathroom from a leaky sink, no working oven, and a broken air conditioner. I reached out to the management several times. Phone calls text, heard nothing for DAYS. I had to go to the lobby to use the restroom for FOUR DAYS They only responded when I called Marriot (who i booked through) and claimed they never got my multiple calls and texts (even though the responded on the same text thread I had been begging for help on). I had had enough and checked out to go tpo another hotel and they have continuously refused any form of refund for a two week stay that only lasted four days because of their complete incompetence and lack of professionalism.

Horrible experience: BED BUGS MAISON PRIVEE // FIVE PALM JUMEIRAH: we checked in a very dirty appartment, we ignored it although it was too too much. The first to days all of our bodies was scratching and we Got some Strange bits (we thougth it was musquitos). Then on 3 day we found bed bugs crawling in the beds and sofa - this besides the appartment that was so dirty it felt like a joke - it was for sure not been cleaned for Long time - i suggest min half a year or more. We spent 4 hours in the reception ended with no help offered and they could do nothing for us - besides sending House keeping, who sends housekeeping for bed bugs? Then they offered us an option of staying in a Villa which they would charge us 7000 dhs a night - what a help… we ended up leaving FIVE Palm Jumeirah and checked in across the street in Hilton and had to pay for that stay too. Receptionist, manage and director showed up but they could even offer us a full cleaning of our clothes for free - so we also took all our stuff for the laundry and had to pay that too. Maison Privee - never ever trust this provider.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional! The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The hotel offered great facilities, making my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing stay! From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, had a spacious room, view, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to come back!
