We didn’t stay in Vida because we had issue with the booking because of there system, but they direct us to address dubai mall hotel and it was amazing

The service is very good. My English is not very good, but the guy at the front desk is very patient and kind. The view from the room is great. You can see the Burj Khalifa when you open the window. Cross the street downstairs and go through the door to Chinatown.

Vida Dubai Mall is offering an iftar dinner, and this might be the best iftar meal I’ve had here. The atmosphere is amazing, and the chefs—RABAT, İBRAHİM, and Shizu—prepare incredible dishes. We’ve tried iftar at many places in Dubai over the past week, but this is by far the best. There are flavors to suit everyone, and the food is unbelievably delicious and perfectly made. I sincerely thank them for this wonderful expérience. The service staff (Mohıd and parbrat) here are also incredibly kind and attentive. They are truly excellent. Thank you so much!

the room is very clean and well maintained..The bed is very comfortable and view is very nice.view from my room is to downtown.Housekeeping are really good and best.Robel and Ranu mia from the housekeeping they are really good.We will come back again in Vida dubai mall

We booked a twin bedroom at Vida Dubai Mall Hotel, but upon arrival, they failed to provide the room we had reserved. Despite our complaints, there was no compensation or proper resolution. This lack of accountability ruined our experience, and we expected better service from a hotel of this caliber. Very disappointing. Would not recommend if you value reliability and customer service.

The rooms are saml but housekeeping is amazing prem housekeeper and gulista she is very help full girl i vist so many hotel but here only room is small rest all good cleaning is good 👍 😊 I will visit soon burn view trancce very beautiful location very near to Dubai mall
