I really like this hotel. It’s so new, with perfect location. You could get straight to Dubai Mall through the small car parking, no need to go outside. I like the breakfast, everything was delicious and cooked really fast. A good choice of food. I like the swimming pool. It is so comfortable. Is was 37 degree (Celcius) when I was in Dubai, so hot, but at 6 floor where the swimming pool is so windy and refreshing, I liked it. Before I was in this area in other hotel and there was a pool at 1 floor, it was so hot((( The only thing is waitresses at the pool. Sometimes you need to wait for them for a long time, still can’t understand why sometimes there are no waitresses. Also I liked perfect view from the swimming pool. And I also had a view with a tower at my room window. So beautiful! The service except the swimming pool waitresses is perfect. Planing to come back in this hotel and already recommended to my family.

We didn’t stay in Vida because we had issue with the booking because of there system, but they direct us to address dubai mall hotel and it was amazing

The hotel is in a very good location, just opposite Dubai Mall. The hotel also has an air-conditioned skywalk connecting to the mall, which is very comfortable and convenient! The hotel staff are efficient, friendly, and always smiling. You can always ask them for help! The room is very clean. My room faces the Burj Khalifa. The bathroom is wide and all the bath products are high-end and new! Love this hotel so much😍😍

The service is very good. My English is not very good, but the guy at the front desk is very patient and kind. The view from the room is great. You can see the Burj Khalifa when you open the window. Cross the street downstairs and go through the door to Chinatown.

The problem for me was from the beginning, there was a tall independent employee with a white beard and no mustache, and he was not an Arab. I came before the check-in time. They usually enter, but he wanted to give me a room higher than the room I had taken. He told me you can stay in this one and pay more, but I insisted that I want my room and he tried to make me see it, but his actions failed him. He made me enter the two rooms, the first one is the higher level and the second one I had reserved. When I saw that the room I had reserved was clean, I argued with him and told him that the room was ready, why did you give me the second one? He gave me the room, meaning my own. As for the others, they were cheerful and surprised, they only noticed him.
