Great stay! Clean rooms, excellent service, and the beach is within walking distance. Just note, no parking available. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Nice family place , near to beach restaurants park and fast food.
Before booking must check free cancellation offer for any UN for seen and also book hotel 30 to 40 days in advance.
Always reach hotel near check-in time otherwise you have to wait long .
Beach towels are free 😊 beach mattresses are 😊.
Very cooperative and accommodating staff, Waleed is a nice guy from Pakistan who entertains nicely and he is well behaved and nice hotel guy.
Overall my experience is 10/10.

If you want to live near Jumeirah Beach, this is a good choice. The service is warm and thoughtful. The hotel is new and very clean. The king-size bed room I stayed in is also relatively large and the bed is also very big.

Amazing little hotel , feels so tranquil in the middle of a bustling neighbourhood . Our room was right above the traffic lights (large intersection ) and we expected it to be noisy . Not at all , once windows were shut that was it, peace and quiet . We wouldn’t expect New York city centre to be quiet so did not expect Dubai and this Jumeirah location to be a wellness resort spot and thank god it was full of life as soon as we stepped out . Towel changes everyday if you wished is available , so are fluffy and clean and nice smelling beach towels (+umbrellas) . The restaurant downstairs is fantastic ,home made pasta and sourdough bread made in house to die for ! Service is 5* , truly impeccable as was the cleanliness . Special thanks to Prabhu, Sawroop and the kindest soul Samara . Highly recommended hotel and location, amazing value for money !

Clean, quite, cosy, welcoming and spacious. Reception team are always very helpful and kind. I have stayed here multiple times and my family as well. Love everything about this hotel, can’t recommend it enough. Especially remember the Indian gentleman who speaks fluent Russian and a recent addition to their team, an uzbek gentleman.

This was our first stay at the Beach Walk Boutique Hotel, which came about after hearing such great reviews from two sets of friends that had done staycations there. It is such a quiet, cosy hotel that has 21 rooms and makes it the perfect little getaway. We stayed in the Executive rooms and WOWZA, it was really well managed inside and plenty of room. The highlight of this hotel is that it is a 5 minute walk to Jumeirah Beach 🏖️
