The stay at Jacob’s Garden Hotel was very convenient and comfortable. The hotel is situated closer to most of the attractions that tourists love to visit. Staff was engaging and the travel consultant Ayub Shaikh was very helpful and imparted his professional advice keenly to us. All the best!

I stayed at Hotel jacob garden for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, breakfast really delicious, and the room nice. specifically thanks the staff who look after me very professionally such as ,Haneefa, Binod , Michael, Sushma , Sushant"

Our trip to Dubai will be one of the best memories that I will truly treasure. We have stayed in Jacob's Grand Hotel and felt like our second home as the staff were very accommodating, special mention to Sushma who was very nice, welcoming and approachable. She made sure everything were okay during our stay. The night shift security, Phillimon was nice and always welcomes us every late night by saying "Chicken" as our password to enter the parking lot HAHAHA they were all nice. Huge shout out to the Housekeeping team as well for the everyday service! Thank You Jacob's Garden Hotel for the experience! Hoping to come back again, Inshallah

I stayed here with my family consisting of my sr citizen mother and my daughter 12 years of age and hubby. 1-It is definitely not a 4 star from any angle.There is not any such thing as 4 star.It’s a max of 2.5 stars 2-The location in terms of approach is bad as it’s full of class 4 labour type of gentry 3- The stafff is very rude in the reception.The whole crew in the reception is so rude n full of attitude.Specially a lady named Ashitha Thankachan had the most rude behaviour I have encountered 4-Special appreciation for Mak from security.He was helpful and Simon from breakfast who is very sweet 5-Breakfast is not good and repetitive.We stayed there for 5 nights and every day it was the same old stuff.Even there is no variation in the flavour of the sausage . 6-The hotel is filled with loud crass gujarati travellers who wear night wear and come for breakfast.Complete unruly set which spoils the full ambiance of the place

Worst Experience , Horrible Staff They will Give you Hot Water all the time & When you complain it about the hot water so they give you the silly excuse that outside the temp is very hot that's why, if you want the cold water take a shower in the morning before 7 AM, So that means you are not here for the enjoyment , you have to listen to them and act accordingly. Don't go the pictures on the website all are fake. property is totally different. we booked two rooms. Highly will not recommend this property to any one.

PLEASE READ THIS🤗🔥 I came with my family to Jacob's Garden and it was an amazing experience. Every staff member has excellent communication skills and dedicated to serving people. They say, service to mankind is service to God. And indeed, everyone is serving wonderfully. The services of the below mention people are worth mentioning and they deserve more and more appreciation. 1. Mr. Michael from Goa 2.Mr.Mac from Uganda 3. Mr. Midhun. 4. One madam at food service,from South India,I forgot to ask her name. 5. Housekeeping -Abhijith and Altaf. Overall,I recommend everyone to come here and have a great time at Dubai. No place can be better without great people and yes, people at Jacob are the deserving ones. Finally,with a heavy heart and great memories,I am travelling back to India(GUWAHATI,Assam).
