Firstly, I strongly recommend that anyone who reads this remark avoid going to this place at all. I had to check into another hotel and escape the area. The personnel is nasty and unprofessional, and the environment is terrible. Despite the fact that the reservation was for two persons, the receptionist treated me with the utmost contempt. There were no visitors, therefore he refused to let the second person enter with me, saying that "visitors are not allowed." He refused to talk to me when I sought to speak with a charge person, claiming that he was the only one in the place and that he was in charge.

it was nice experience to stay in Grand Marino. rooms were nice and equipped. everything was perfect including HK Staff and specially Mr. Muhammad Azan Khan (Receptionist). he was very kind, so professional and well groomed.
