Check in and out takes far too long. I was put in a room on the first floor. The room was nice, clean and very spacious. The main problem was the noise from the club. This noise, with people shouting constantly until 3.30am totally spoilt it for me. The club is integrated into the hotel so a single complaint about noise isn't going to change their policy. I won't go back. Simple. The Indian receptionists were cold. Unfriendly. Unprofessional people.
