The hotel's location and facilities are adequate, but the all-inclusive system has a disadvantage in terms of food and service quality. The à la carte restaurants have names and appearances, but the taste, quality, and content fall short when compared to a real à la carte restaurant. The buffet staff are generally young and inexperienced. Although well-intentioned, there are frequent service delays. The beach service staff were much more experienced and successful in this regard. Overall, I would rate it 6/10.
