Everything about rixos tersane hotel is just exceptional.
The staff is so polite helpful and welcoming.
They made our stay exceptional staying at the hotel was just like a dream. We love how they arranged work shop for the kids for the whole day.

 i really can not describe how much we loved every minute of our stay in the hotel and how we loved the everyone in the staff espically Mr.Volkan who was really helpful with our stay if we decide to stay again in the hotel it is beacuse of Mr.Volkan, he’s so welcoming thoughtful and kind person thank you very much for your service.

 And thank you to the lovely amazing wonderful Ms. Kayan and Ms. Shayma thank you for being so kind and wonderful with our baby and the recommendation for kids activities.

Situated at the central area in the Europe side of Istanbul with the busting shopping area which is just muns away from Rixos Petra Istanbul Hotel. It give tourist a privilege of stay, shopping, food and drink.
The front desk, doorman and conceige has provided well information with their pleasant smile and assistance to ensure every customer's feel great satisfaction

Beautiful hotel with outstanding service, amazing food, and a fantastic location.

My stay at Aliee Istanbul was overwhelmingly positive. The hotel itself is stunning — I loved the facilities, the attention to detail, and the artwork throughout. Staff were fantastic, welcoming, and attentive. I was greeted with a welcome drink and even received an upgrade, which was greatly appreciated.

The food was exceptional. Breakfast was elaborate and spectacular — exactly the kind of experience I love. I didn’t manage to access the hotel bar due to a private function, which was a minor disappointment, but the coffee shop outside is incredible and definitely worth a visit.

The room was beautiful, though initially on a noisy main street. They quickly accommodated my request for a better view. Later, road work at 2 a.m. forced a room change, which was handled immediately, and they provided a new room with a bathtub I had requested. A minor issue with the air conditioning was resolved promptly, and the duty manager offered a free massage as compensation.

The concierge service was excellent, providing helpful suggestions. The only minor drawback was the day-trip company they recommended — it didn’t fully meet my itinerary and was a bit overpriced, but the hotel promptly arranged a refund.

Overall, Aliee Istanbul combines beautiful design, exceptional food, thoughtful service, and a fantastic location. I would happily stay here again and again.

All the top, the children had mega fun and will definitely come back.

We were there in January. Of course, we didn’t expect to see all the delights of the hotel territory, but we note that the heated pool was working and waiters served. It was a shame that despite the good sunny weather there were no outdoor activities for the children, everything was done indoors. I can’t say anything bad about this part (children’s animation), but there’s not much good either (saturation is sp****, empty time is filled with watching cartoons or the console, animators often sit on the phone and, in short, everything was somehow relaxed). We went to Land of Legends, it was cool, but there are few attractions for children under 130cm tall.
There are no questions about the food, everything is delicious, sometimes some products disappeared from the shelves and did not appear for a long time. The water park is under renovation, we don’t know what or how it will work in the summer.
The service staff is good, everyone is kind and helpful.

I like the hotel, it was my second time on holiday with my children. The service is up to par. The food is delicious. There are no slides in the pool for children, although they used to be there. But there is unlimited access to the amusement park. It's a pity that it was possible to book a room through the app only for three adults and I had to pay extra for the children on site. Overall, the holiday was a success, thanks to the staff!

Good variety of food, nice facilities kids had fun resort was beautiful, service was not amazing but was okay, Abdul Rahman Hassan is amazing lovely guy made us feel welcome.

It is an all-inclusive luxury hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh. It is very close to the airport. We have a 150-pound taxi. It is expensive and should be cut to 100. Advantages: 1. The layout of the suite rooms is reasonable, and the bathroom is especially comfortable and spacious. 2, the main restaurant is large enough, rich in variety, lunch, and dinner. Especially for dinner, the outdoor barbecue section has grilled shrimp and grilled fish. Indoor part of salmon, crab, green mussels, squid, all kinds of chicken, beef and mutton. There are no five-star hotels in Egypt that can do this. 3, the children's club is very large, both indoors and outdoors. There is also a small water park. 4, the resort covers a large area, the pool is also enough, no matter which building has a close swimming pool. 5, the evening show is superior in Egypt, the first half hour is to bring the children to dance. The latter is the official program. 6, the shuttle bus in the resort is more frequent, you must take the car at the point. Disadvantages: 1, all-inclusive hotel, three meals, beach, pool, drinks in the theater are free. However, several specialty restaurants such as Japanese restaurants, Turkish restaurants, Italian restaurants, etc. still need to make an appointment and pay. In Egypt we have also tried other all-inclusive hotels. Apart from the main restaurant, other specialty restaurants are basically free. So such an all-inclusive is a bit regrettable. 2, nabq bay's beach is congenitally short, very hard reef, want to snorkel through the trestle and then go to the sea, inconvenient. But the fish is really beautiful and beautiful. In short, based on our experience of living in 11 resorts in the Red Sea of Egypt, this is a great recommendation and will go again.
