bullet point is best: pros: *Near airport and local restaurant at Il Genio (but don't order pizza) deserts are pre-packaged in freezer. *Very nice receptionists. Will call a cab for you *Large unit (unit 8) *quiet room *reasonable price. Things to be aware of, could be cons depending on what you want: *no breakfast provided, although there were some mostly pkgd sweets. *the key was a super pain to get in (after 5pm). It was difficult to turn, took a long while. Maybe it was just that key. *the room seriously could have been cleaner. Not great in that regard. *almost no water pressure, but was a nice shower. *bed is very firm, pillows, okay. *The only transportation if you don't take local bus, metro is taxi--to the airport. *A/C, even though it was cooler outside, the AC at night only got to 23.5C-75.5F. *There are a few steps here and there, even with the elevator. *see pic, safe is super tiny. Ok for passports, cards.

I stayed at Villa Aruch for reasons far from a pleasure stay. Despite this, it was as pleasant as I could have hoped for. Spacious and quiet apartment, well-stocked kitchenette, ok bathroom, large shower but the water from the shower head came out in drops because it was all encrusted. Lack of roller shutters and shutters, only curtains, this should be considered for those who want darkness. Free internal parking is very convenient. We spent one night in this villa on our tour of Italy. The room was bright and clean. Better-insulated windows would certainly be a good solution to block out the outside noise. The shower cubicle was too small for me at 1.80m, I could hardly move in it and certainly couldn't bend over. The staff were very friendly.

After asking to receive coffee and toilet paper they made us understand that we had to provide it ourselves. There is a lack of hospitality and courtesy.

The latest reviews are old which may explain our disappointment. We stayed at Villa Aruch 2 nights with our teenage children. We chose this place because we were attracted by the photos and for its free parking. The place is in a not very pretty but quiet area, 10 minutes walk from the tram. Vila Aruch is well decorated, the young girl at reception is very pleasant and smiling, we had plenty of space for 4… and that’s it!!! Our room/apartment was dirty, very dirty with hair everywhere and pieces of I don't know what on the floor. The sofa bed mattress is very thin and of very poor quality. A real disaster, not at all suitable for children over 5 years old. The air conditioning (essential at the time of our stay. It was 35 degrees outside) is very noisy. We paid a fortune for the services... especially since there is no breakfast, only a few cakes provided. A real disappointment!!!

We stayed one night with family in a very nice and spacious apartment which is part of a well-renovated ancient farmhouse made up of several types of apartments with private, unattended parking in an isolated place but still close to the T2 stop. The structure as a whole is welcoming. Our apartment had some poorly maintained details (painting on the shower walls) while the double bed was very comfortable. It was difficult to check in in the absence of the facility staff. The common area is nice even if there are no drinks available. Overall I recommend the structure also for the very good value for money.
