Pet friendly Hotels Florence

Breakfast can be much better. It is an expensive hotel but their breakfast buffet doesn't have fresh fruit, poor cheese selection and they also don't serve multi grain bread. For some reason, i felt like the staff were serving the Europeans faster. Also, at the hotel reception, the staff will give you incorrect information regarding the city tours and hotels. Please be careful

The people at the front desk were great and very helpful. The location is good. However, the hotel is very old and tired. The beds were hard as a rock. They even gave me a thin mattress topper but it was like putting that in the floor-so still a very hard bed. We had the two bedroom suite. All it is is two separate rooms which when you books it as a suite, they are close together. However, it’s no suite. Even the towels were torn apart. I would give it a 3 stars only because the people were nice. But in no way is this a 5 star hotel.

Traveled to Florence before COVID and stayed here I came back to Florence this year to travel again and had to book this hotel again. Great location, service and the room condition were great. I traveled alone and they assigned me to a single room that is located right next to the emergency exit in the beginning. And it was really loud since people were coming in and out. I asked the reception to change the room and they assigned me to cleaner and quieter single room. Very much appreciated.

It was our Honeymoon travel We were so satisfied with this perfect hotel Room condition was so nice and beautiful Inside of hotel was like museum And every where in minerva was photo spot I really enjoyed breakfast also Every tour spot was nearby It was so good to hang out I definitely can say that this hotel Is the best in firenze italy

Clean and comfortable. There’s a tiny terrace but no view at all. And a few things to note: 1) no free water, 2) if you need to get anything e.g. utensils, adaptors, pens, you need to go down to the concierge by yourself. No one would take that up to your room.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for Epiphany with the whole family, we are two parents with two children. We had a great time and will definitely be back! The hotel is wonderful in an evocative setting, along the Arno, it is also very close to the Ufizzi, the old bridge and the center. The staff is extremely kind and hospitable. For us it has become a place of the heart! Absolutely to try !!! ♥ ️

1. There was a big bug in our room. 2. Poor sound insulation. 3. You can feel the vibration when the car passes by 4. The blue light in shower room is quite weird

The hotel is in a good location, close to major attractions, and has a high safety factor; The weird experience was that the first person who received me was an Italian ***** fat male staff member whose name started with *, and he did not follow the room level I booked; after that, I spent time reconfirming the hotel order and reported it to another staff member at the front desk. The staff reassigned a room that met the booking level, a completely different room type, and I was finally satisfied with the room. I hope that in the future, Italian hotel staff will provide Chinese 🇨🇳 customers with rooms that meet the booking type as soon as possible. Refuse to delay the precious travel time and abundant energy of Chinese 🇨🇳 customers. Refuse to try to influence the impeccable and happy mood of Chinese 🇨🇳 customers with trivial tricks. I arrived early and the offered to store my luggage at the reception and they delivered to my room, that’s nice. There was no briefing on the breakfast arrangements at check in, they assume bay you know. My room is an end unit with a single bed, which is good for me, the bathroom is pleasantly big, and I do enjoyed the bath. Shower is good too with good water pressure. I found a pair of slippers inside the drawer of the bedside table instead of in the closet, they are comfortable. The whole 3 nights I stayed without Wi-Fi, they couldn’t fix it! The electric outlet has three holes so you need to bring the specific adapter as there no usb port to charge gadgets. I changed mine in the bathroom as my two pint adapters worked there. No kettle in the room but they kindly delivered some hot water to my room when I requested. The second night they told me to go downstairs to get it. TV has international news channels except CNN but that’s ok for me. Lifts are efficient.

The staff was very professional and everyone spoke English. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was good for me because I could walk to everywhere I wanted to visit. Their ”continental breakfast” was good and had a lot of things - yogurt, muffins, eggs, bacon, croissants, and various other things.
