I really admire this hotel. It is an old hotel, and the service quality is still well controlled. The room is really clean, and there is no dust on the bedside table and the marble on the balcony. I will stay there again if there is a chance.

This is the worst room I've ever seen, and it was expensive! There's no partition for the toilet or the shower in the room, so you have to be mindful even when using the restroom. The decor is also old. Honestly, I'm speechless. However, I have to say the front desk staff, especially the young man, provided excellent service.

The hotel's location is great, and parking is convenient. I stayed for three nights in total. As it's a new hotel, everything is very new, and the facilities are smart. However, on the third night, because the client who booked the room only initially reserved two nights, and I left in the morning to run errands, I forgot to place an online order for the current day before 2 PM. The front desk, despite calling me to confirm I wanted to extend my stay, then made several more calls, urging me to place the order and pay immediately. This was a very frustrating experience. All my luggage was still in the hotel, and I had even requested housekeeping to clean the room before 2 PM. Therefore, I am extremely dissatisfied with the front desk's service!
