Unfortunately, my experience at DoubleTree by Hilton was disappointing. The receptionist lacked the necessary skills to interact professionally with guests, which negatively impacted the first impression of the hotel. Additionally, there was a noticeable shortage of staff in valet parking and luggage handling services, causing unexpected delays and inconvenience. Overall, the services did not reflect the standards of a five-star hotel. I hope the management takes steps to improve service quality and provide a guest experience that aligns with the hotel’s rating.

Excellent hotel and service. Very comfortable stay. Good location that was accessible. Breakfast buffet was also very worth.

Good looking hotel.
Good breakfast.
Never buy a half board the dinner is not good and only seated menu.
Absolutely unbelievably dinner and not even serve u a soft drink with.
Limited seated menu in a bar which is noisy .
