The twin room we booked was upgraded to a parent-child room, which is very convenient for bringing children.

The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.

The hotel is just inside the gate of Changbai Mountain as shown in the picture The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps) It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay. The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

most affordable option within the entire ski resort, located at the end of the resort but the resort isn't very big so walking a few mins more is perfectly fine. Very nice and comfortable, ski passes for each night of stay, access to the hotel's own hot spring (i believe it is the only hotel in the resort with this), buffet breakfasts, and free airport pick-up/drop-offs make this hotel a very good value stay!

I brought my kids to ski, and I chose this hotel based on the reviews. To be honest, I was a little disappointed. There was no one to pick up the luggage at the door. The hotel lobby was very small and could not be called a lobby. There was a table for check-in, and a staff member sat there, just like a homestay. If you expect 5 stars for your trip, you will be disappointed. Room and transportation: The room size is OK, the heating is too strong and too hot, even when the heating is turned off, it is hot. It is said that every room can overlook Changbai Mountain, which is the biggest selling point of the hotel. Our room is on the 5th floor, which is the same floor as the lobby. The window is partially blocked by the roof, but Changbai Mountain can be seen clearly, beautiful, but not completely unobstructed. If you don't care about this, if you travel with your children, it is recommended to choose a hotel at the foot of the mountain. You can go skiing and snow with your children. If you stay in the MGallery, you need to take a shuttle bus when you travel, which takes about 5-6 minutes by car to the resort, excluding the waiting time. Dining: The restaurant is also small, and there are not many things to eat Service: I thought the service would be very good. The first stop of my trip to Northeast China was this hotel, and I stayed for 2 nights. No one called in advance, added WeChat in advance, added after arriving at the hotel, and the service was average, answered whatever I asked, cold. The location is actually good. There are free shuttle buses to all places to go. I like the ski resort included. There are fewer people staying in Huamei than Wanda. The hotel is newly opened and the decoration smells very good. We slept with the windows open at night. The room is equipped with an air purifier and humidifier. The breakfast variety is okay. I got the Tianchi ticket the night before and it was open at the same time. I was lucky, so I didn't go rafting, and I didn't have time to use the many benefits I was given.

There is a forest at the back door of the house. The children didn't want to go out of the hotel to play after stepping on the snow and taking pictures. The only drawback is that the hotel's driver service is a bit perfunctory. The shuttle bus stopped after 21:30. If you go out, you have to rely on the hotel's own driver. Compared with another hotel we stayed in later, the driver here has a poor attitude. It may be that the supporting software standards of star-rated hotels and inns are different.
