"The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back."

"The room is relatively clean, with a smart toilet, a big bed, an Internet TV, a shower room, a baseboard heater, and the room is warm and not dry even without air conditioning. The only drawback is that the bathroom is a bit small, especially the basin. On the last day of my stay, there was a little water leakage under the basin, and the boss lady came to deal with it, but fortunately it didn't affect it much. On the first day, we had a good time on the west slope and went down the mountain at about two o'clock. The boss lady recommended the forest park, which was pretty good. The service was very enthusiastic."

"The hotel is very close to Changbaishan West High-Speed ​​Railway Station; it's just a short walk across the street after exiting the station. There's a supermarket and breakfast/snack stalls downstairs. The room exceeded my expectations, no less impressive than those in the city. It was fully smart-equipped, and I slept comfortably and soundly in a quiet place. The next day, I chose a hotel near the Changbaishan West Scenic Area, which looked deserted due to the off-season, but it wasn't actually that far. A taxi ride only took 15 minutes, and the staff at the bus stop right outside said it only cost 1 yuan. The town is small, and nowhere is far. Taxis are readily available. Highly recommended! 👍🏻"

"Facilities: The hotel is actually quite good, apart from being a bit old. It must have been a really nice hotel back in the day. Too bad there's no laundry room. Environment: Very spacious, and the rooms are large too. But it's very clean. The shower is quite comfortable. Service: Everyone's service is very good, whether it's the front desk, the cleaning staff, or the gentleman who makes breakfast downstairs. Unfortunately, after waiting two days, Changbai Mountain still didn't open."

"The environment is pleasant and refreshing. It's spotlessly clean, making life beautiful – a truly reliable hotel. The service, especially at the front desk, is exceptional. You can go to them for anything; they are patient and incredibly helpful. Everyone should seek out Nana at the front desk; this kind and lovely girl deserves a special shout-out for her fiery enthusiasm. There's also a young man with glasses who is very kind, helping with all our bags. The breakfast is also great, very tasty, and the room is super comfortable. Opening the window reveals natural scenery, where you can even spot little squirrels 🐿️."

"We stayed for two nights in a row. The environment was nice, with two beds, including a 2-meter double bed, which wasn't cramped for a family of three. It's very close to the West Slope Distribution Center, and parking is convenient. We went to see Tianchi Lake on the 4th, which was absolutely beautiful. There was also a concert on the 3rd and a fireworks show on the 4th. It's right next to Eurasia University, just a 3-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. My eldest daughter was thrilled to see the stunning Tianchi Lake on her first visit to Changbai Mountain. They also included complimentary hot spring tickets, which were great. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike was very relaxing. I would recommend it to friends. The price was also very reasonable during the National Day holiday."

"The hotel is a bit far from the town's ski center, but the shuttle service within the town is excellent, with multiple shuttles running every half hour, which is super convenient. The butler will contact you in advance to ask about your room preference, and you can discuss it with them. Breakfast is plentiful, perfect for skiers to fuel up before hitting the slopes! The hotel staff are very attentive; we were able to get ice and medication for our skiing injuries, which was really helpful since falls are common. Plus, the hotel has a self-service mini-mart. I compared prices and found that although it's still a bit expensive, it's actually cheaper than other supermarkets in town, haha. (Of course, if you can bring more of your own supplies, especially snacks, do so.) The only downside is that the bathroom in the room seems to be a modular unit? (I'm not entirely sure), so there's no exhaust fan. That was a bit inconvenient. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money in Changbaishan Wanda. If you're planning a trip, go for it!"

"Overall, our stay was excellent. We experienced a minor issue at the beginning due to a language barrier. The package stated that free ski access was included daily, but we were initially informed it was only valid once. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved, and we received exactly what was published: free ski access throughout our 3-night stay, daily breakfast and dinner, and one rafting experience which was fantastic value. What truly stood out was the level of assistance from the staff (Emily, Sunny and Ada). As someone who relies heavily on Google Translate to communicate in Mandarin, I really appreciated how patient, helpful, and supportive they were throughout our stay. They assisted us every step of the way. Highly recommended."

"We checked in very late on the first day, and the guesthouse owner patiently waited for us to help us carry our luggage up to the second floor. They even upgraded our room for free and gave us complimentary drinks. They were also very helpful in resolving any issues that arose later, always with a great attitude. The landlady was very welcoming, chatted with us, and even gave me fireworks for photos – so thoughtful! The chartered car service was also excellent!
