"The location is absolutely superb! There's a Carrefour supermarket right across the street, and both the Alhambra and Mirador de San Nicolás are just a 10-15 minute walk away. You'll also find plenty of restaurants nearby, and the whole area is vibrant and bustling with all the main attractions within easy reach. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained."

"A stylish hotel, conveniently located just off an alley next to Granada Cathedral. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the common areas were very spacious. They reportedly host regular rooftop parties, which would be great for social butterflies, though there's an extra charge to attend. The buffet breakfast had a limited selection and the taste was average, but it was enough to fill you up. The coffee was awful, but for only 6 euros, it's incredibly good value. A nice touch was the complimentary box of drinking water provided on the first day of our stay. Luggage storage is free on your check-in day, but there's a 3-euro charge for storing bags after check-out."

"In the morning, first thing in the morning, there were cleaners (we woke up) in the hallway talking in loud tones discussing which rooms to clean depending on whether there were guests or not, a disaster. Otherwise, it was great."

"The location couldn't be better, directly across from the Alhambra and just a 2-minute walk away. Conveniently, the Alhambra's car park is right opposite, and 22 Euros for a full day isn't bad, though the hotel itself doesn't offer parking. The room felt quite dated; apart from three beds, a table, and a sofa, it was pretty basic. The bathroom only had a shower over the tub. The bed only came with a duvet cover and no actual duvet inside. While this might be a local custom for summer, I personally found it uncomfortable. Breakfast options were limited, but the quality was generally good."

"Nice staff and rooms. The location is a bit far from the center but easily walkable if not too hot. Only complaints are: fitness center’s only weight machine was broken. This could be easily fixed but it sat there taking up space but unusable; second, we checked the box for quiet room far from elevator and received a room next to the elevator so we heard guests all night and rumble of elevator whenever in use.  Want to give them all 5 out of 5 but cannot overlook these disappointments."

"The location is good, less than 5 minutes walk from the Alhambra Palace. The environment is good, clean and tidy, and the facilities are modern. The service is thoughtful and meticulous. When we checked in at night, the receptionist introduced us to the environment very seriously, and guided us how to eat, how to store luggage, and how to go to the Alhambra Palace. The food in the restaurant is delicious, fried cod, fried chicken nuggets, sandwiches and soups are delicious."

"- Hey, Ok, overall, 6/10 is the ideal note ...joints in the shower that departs, traces of aging and black humidity in the shower, overall quite clean, high-tech facilities are well but also aging, e.g.: The beuk TV, as well as the ”intelligent” toilet that opens, closes, cleanses alone at night, and especially a very bad bed where, you push, as soon as you are going to bed! That's the worst thing! Overall, well, you have also for your money, when booking, you know you will not go even in a 4 or 5 stars !!! Sorry for the staff who is really super nice, and there 10/10! A + also, we arrived after midnight, after official time of registration, we have called warning of our delay, and gently one person at the reception has stayed to receive us !! Thank you"

"Central location within easy reach of all points of interest: cathedral, restaurants, shuttle buses to specific areas. Perfect hotel service, clean, good breakfast service, attentive and friendly reception, taking care of our needs. We have no doubt that, if we decide to return to Granada in the future, we would choose this hotel (as long as there are rooms available)."
