"The hygiene, environment, and service were all excellent. However, the bunk bed was too low; you couldn't sit upright on the bottom bunk. There was only one chair in the room, but I think that's fine. The light in the bathroom was sound-activated, and since it was a wet room (shower and toilet combined), it would turn off quickly while using the toilet or showering. Especially during a longer shower, I had to reactivate the sound sensor 7 or 8 times.đâïž"

"The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff spoke excellent English. Parking is available, but you need to check in first and use your room key card to access it. The parking spaces are quite spacious, but you have to navigate several sharp turns all the way down to B4 to find one. Drivers who aren't confident with their skills might want to be cautious."

"I didn't expect much from just staying one night, but it was the cleanest and most organized hotel I've ever stayed at during my 25-day trip to Europe. While the hotel is a bit dated, it's well-maintained, and what I most appreciated was its spotless cleanliness. The location was ideal, with restaurants and the main shopping street within a 5-10-minute walk, and the staff at the desk were friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering accommodations in Granada or those who are sensitive to cleanliness."

"We stayed in a deluxe room. The room was well decorated, but our room smelled of oily smoke, and finally I found that it was the smell of smoke from the vent at the entrance. I told the front desk staff about this, she said that the room was fully booked, the smell of smoke may be the smell of someone who smoked the smoke, in fact, there is no smell of smoke in the corridor. I hope we should get some compensation because the smell of smoke makes my wife and I very uncomfortable."

"Good location, the whole building of the hostel is newly built, the multi-person bed is separated from the wood, it can be locked after closing the hatch, and there is light color control in the cabin. The cleanliness is high, the kitchen and the friendship hall are behind the front desk, there is a refrigerator, the refrigeration temperature is enough, and the cooking is convenient. There is a 24-hour front desk. Self check-in is convenient, but still need to check in online in advance. Toilet bathroom clean, because there is no window, so the air is not very circulating, pay attention to the hot and cold water instructions of the water pipe sometimes opposite. Luggage storage after check-out is charged."

"The hotel is conveniently located, and the tourist attractions in the old city can basically be reached by foot. There are many restaurants in the square next to it, and they all have high Google ratings. We chose three different restaurants for dinner in two days, and they were all very good. Although the house is a bit old, the facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is still in place."

"It's really close enough to get to the Alhambra Palace ticket office within 5 minutes. Just go down the stairs across the street from the hotel. Breakfast opens at exactly 7:30 (. They also store your luggage. Anyway, the location is the best (you have to get to the Alhambra Palace ticket office by 8:20 am)."

AAnonymous UserLocation: Located in Downtown, Granada, it is a minute walk to the Cathedral and the Alhambra Palace. There are many local restaurants to choose from.
Service: This is the only one on the Spanish trip to contact me and ask about the itinerary, arranged the room in advance according to the arrival time, no need to wait; Also recommended the Alhambra tour guide and cave flamenco dance performance, help after booking can be unified at the hotel checkout, very convenient. It is worth mentioning that the tour guide Jesus Gutierrez Aparicio is very good, explaining in English, because he is a local, so he shared a lot of Granada stories. Traveling can let the hotel help to call the rental/booking to the airport and so on.
Room: Booked a room with a small patio terrace, very convenient for men... The room space is suitable, you can spread two large boxes, the room decoration is very special. There is also a complimentary 1-hour SPA, which needs to be reserved in advance. This is generally the same, the water temperature is not hot enough. Massage works with outside masseurs, so reservations are also required.
Breakfast: There are many choices of breakfast styles, I like Benedict very much. If there is a itinerary in the morning, it is recommended to eat at the hotel. Many restaurants in Spain open late.

GGuest UserThe location is particularly good, just upstairs in the chocolate shop in the lively city center. If you store your luggage, you have to go to another store in his house. If you don't store it, you can check in directly. It is very convenient and simple. The room is large, and the washing machine and dishwasher are complete. The only problem is that the hot water cannot be washed all the time. If there are many people, it may have to be washed the next morning. But I still like this hotel very much.

If you go there by car keep in mind that the hotel does not have their own parking/garage. Either you use their valet service but that takes time or you park your car in the parking lot of Alhambra, which is approx 200 meters away.

SShiyexingkongGranada is entirely walkable, haha! I actually considered taking a taxi to some further attractions at one point. But when I asked the front desk how to get to the sights, they just said 'city walk.' My travel companion also thought it wasn't too far to walk, so we decided to go for it and treat it as exercise. We had an early morning appointment at the Alhambra, and the streets were completely empty, making Granada feel so peaceful and quiet. The hotel front desk staff were great; they proactively gave us a map and marked out our route.

GGuest UserLocation â On the hill, 10 min walk to the Alhambra Palace. If you fancy a short morning stroll in the same natural environment that surrounds the monumental complex, it should serve the purpose. Rooms on the city side have good views overlooking the Granada landscape, but prices are also much higher.
Service â Staff are very well trained and carry with them the old English-style professionalism and dignity, being polite but not condescending or ingratiating.
Amenities â Probably once modern during the first half of the 20th century, they are very old and out of date by todayâs standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, the toilet is flushed by pulling (instead of pushing) the plug on the lid, something Iâve never seen in real life, but only in movies. Also the toilet had a bit of smell, not sure if itâs due to cleaning or in the pipes.
Overall, this hotel should suit visitors who look for classy service and/or an immersive experience of living in close proximity to the cultural complex and overlooking the Granada city as the emirs and kings did in the past.

GGuest UserWe had a good stay in the hotel. Itâs very near to the train station, around 4-6 mins walk. The staff is also very accommodating and nice. On our check in day we were greeted by this male reception, he was nice and he helped us typed out a letter to state our time of arrival in the hotel as we had our luggage delivered after being lost during our Vueling flight from London to Malaga and our insurance company was asking for it due to some claims. The staff also assisted me in calling Vueling using their phone a few times, thank you.
The rooms were nice too and itâs very spacious. They had a gym and spa, we enjoyed using both. There ha a bus stop outside the hotel, about 5 mins ride to the Cathedral and if you choose to walk, itâs about 20 min. Lots of eating places around the hotel too.
Highly recommended for your stay in Granada. âșïž

GGuest UserThis Aparthotel was in an absolutely perfect location and easily accessible to the main sites of Granada. The communication with the customer support was excellent and it was easy to check in and out or get an early check in for an additional cost. The app was really useful as I could check in that way and had a note of my entrance key in case I forgot the number. The facilities, cleanliness and little extras provided such as water, coffee and crisps were really appreciated after a day of travel. The studio I was in was absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean and whilst in the centre of the town, quiet, so I could get a good night's sleep. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that I booked the apartment thinking I would be getting a view of the town/square, but I did have balcony views over the balconies and into the apartments of the identical building directly in front of me. So, no view to speak of, but I didn't spend much time in the apartment as there was plenty to do in Granada. Overall, 4/5 for the experience and will be staying in the Libere again when next travelling to Spain.Â
