As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, the staff proactively helped with our luggage, providing thoughtful and meticulous service throughout, so we didn't have to do anything ourselves. During check-in, they patiently explained the hotel facilities and nearby tourist attractions, responding instantly to any questions. During our stay, they were always there for us when we needed anything extra, with a gentle and patient attitude that made us feel incredibly warm. They even thoughtfully provided a complimentary ******* clothing experience and helped us choose accessories, making for amazing photos. The hotel environment is also exceptional, a perfect blend of ******* style and modern luxury. The white-walled, colorful buildings are arranged in a charming, staggered pattern, and the windows offer panoramic views of Jiaju ******* Village and the snow-capped mountains – a truly breathtaking sight. The room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the entire room had underfloor heating and a humidifier, making it incredibly comfortable even at high altitudes. The private hot spring bath was clean and private; soaking in the warm water while gazing at the snow-capped mountains instantly soothed travel fatigue. Cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner spotless. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet and a smart toilet, exuding a high-quality feel. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, warm and comforting, including authentic yak hot pot and other local specialties. The facilities were comprehensive, with free parking, a laundry room, and a fitness area, making it extremely convenient for getting around. This stay was perfect. "The hotel is located next to Panda Avenue, and parking is much more convenient than in Danba County. The hotel room is clean and tidy, quiet at night, and very comfortable to sleep. The hotel has a restaurant for dining. The yak mushroom soup is very fresh and the quantity is large. Three people can't finish it. The boss is hospitable and upgraded the room and gave us free ice jelly to taste."

"This weekend getaway with my multi-generational family was filled with immense joy, and everyone absolutely raved about it! It's only a 20-minute drive from the county town to the hotel, but the scenery is a world of difference. The moment we stepped out of the car, a gentle breeze carrying the fresh scent of plants and trees wafted towards us. The sweet, crisp air filled our lungs, instantly washing away the fatigue from our journey. We couldn't help but take deep breaths, and even the kids excitedly cried out, 'This feels wonderful!' The hotel owner and butlers were incredibly thoughtful and touching. Noticing we had seniors and luggage with us, they proactively offered to help with our heavy bags the moment we parked. They also made an effort to entertain the children, showing them the flowers and plants in the courtyard and telling them interesting local stories, which completely freed up our hands. What's more, the butler thoughtfully arranged a short hiking route of moderate difficulty, tailored to our family's needs. The children followed, chasing butterflies and identifying plants in the forest, running and playing until they were flushed and sweaty, their faces beaming with bright and content smiles. And isn't this exactly the kind of warm, memorable family time we hoped to experience on this trip! Our room didn't disappoint either. It was tastefully decorated and still felt incredibly warm and inviting, with every detail reflecting thoughtful consideration. It was also spotlessly clean, which gave us peace of mind. The kids could safely splash around in the private hot spring pool, their joyful splashes echoing with laughter. As for us adults, we preferred to sit by the window, gazing at the lush green mountains outside. The layered greenery extended as far as the eye could see, making us feel incredibly serene. Our seniors particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning, brewing a pot of hot tea and slowly savoring it, accompanied by the birdsong from the mountains. They kept saying, 'This is even more relaxing than being at home.' To be completely honest, there was a minor unforeseen issue during our trip. When I booked the room, I was so captivated by the hotel's ambiance that I completely failed to notice it was located within a scenic area. It wasn't until I received a call from the butler after booking that I realized we needed to purchase scenic area tickets to enter. This did slightly detract from the initial experience. Luckily, and very thoughtfully, our reserved room included two scenic area tickets, which eased our worries. Overall, this was still a perfect and heartwarming family trip. In the future, if we want to take our family for a short break to unwind, this will definitely be our top choice."

"This was my second visit to Danba Jiaju ******* Village. Seeing the good reviews, I decided to give this B&B a try. The environment was indeed very nice and clean, with convenient parking at the courtyard entrance and an electric charging station. I ordered a set dinner menu, which was excellent, and the breakfast was also very good. The room was well soundproofed and very quiet at night. It's close to the first and third viewing platforms. The suite didn't have a separate wet and dry area, and the glass door let in too much light, which was awkward. I suggest adding a separate laundry room and drying area."

"When I checked in, the receptionist gave me a breakfast voucher and asked me to leave a good review. They even added me on WeChat. But when I brushed my teeth that night, my toothbrush, which looked perfectly fine, shed a mouthful of bristles. Picture three shows what I spat out. It was disgusting. Imagine a bunch of prickly black bristles mixed with toothpaste, sticky and prickly, in your mouth. The sink and floor were also covered in stains. They weren't stubborn; I could wipe them off with a wet wipe. Normal cleaning wouldn't leave it like this. I really can't bring myself to give a good review. I'm terrible at lying; I'm afraid of being obliged, so I'll have to skip breakfast. Although I know you don't really care about the breakfast, I do. I won't accept something I can't do for free."
