"I’ve been to this place once before for an event at the Moon Lake lawn, and I’ve always wanted to come back and stay. This time, we stayed in a cabin, and I think this kind of weekend getaway is something I could do many more times. I’m really satisfied; it's very French! Everything – dining, accommodation, transportation, and activities – is within this resort. The resort has two restaurants, and we tried both, they were delicious. Their ingredients seem to be locally grown, very fresh, and the flavors were great. For lunch on the second day, we ate at their Western restaurant, and my son absolutely loved their pasta – the taste was so authentic – and the pizza was good too. In the hot afternoon, we went to do some handicrafts. I really have to commend the staff here; they are all kind and patient, and their service is truly superb. We had an elderly lady, over 80, with a wheelchair, and their sightseeing cart was available on call, and they even helped us carry our belongings. We've been to so many 'attraction-style' tours, but this kind of relaxing trip is something we really need to do more often. You can come in all four seasons; it’s truly relaxing for the mind, body, and soul. There are also many water activities, and the kids had so much fun. The rose garden is beautifully maintained. And last but not least, what touched me the most was that we accidentally left a bracelet in the room because we were rushing during check-out. The hotel proactively called us and offered to mail it back to us. I’m so grateful!"

"The stay at this hotel in Deqing is particularly good. First of all, the location is excellent and it is very convenient to travel for food. The front desk clerk was warm and patient, the check-in efficiency was high, and the surrounding route was intimately informed, and the people were very kind. The rooms are cleaned meticulously, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation is good, the hot water is sufficient, the facilities are very complete, the overall price is very high, next time you come to Deqing, you will choose to stay here."

"Right from the underground parking, there were thoughtful hotel signs guiding us. To my surprise, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic upon our arrival. They even gave my friend a little gift, and I received a sun hat too – it was such a warm gesture! They also upgraded my room to a higher category for free. The room was spotlessly clean, and I could relax and sunbathe. The breakfast spread was quite generous, and the gym even had a pool table, which the kids absolutely loved. The concierge also thoughtfully recommended some great dining spots nearby. I'll definitely be staying here again if I get the chance."

"This is definitely a guesthouse I'll be returning to. It's incredibly pet-friendly; I forgot dog food and pee pads, and the front desk provided them for me. Since it was off-season, they upgraded my room. The room was huge, beautifully designed, and felt very secure, plus it had a large, comfortable balcony. I'd seen reviews saying the pool water was dirty and the playground slide was broken, but I found that wasn't the case at all. The pool water was very clean, just had a few fallen leaves. The playground slide was quite fun, and the tire for the slide was new, not broken. You can even bring your dog to play there. There are bicycles and electric scooters available at the guesthouse entrance. Riding around was quite enjoyable. It's also very convenient for dining and exploring nearby areas, with Yu Village just a 10-15 minute drive away. The guesthouse also has its own restaurant. We arrived in the afternoon when the chef was sleeping, but they specially woke him up to make us noodles. The service is truly exceptional."

When I checked in, the air conditioning in my room wasn't working well, but the front desk promptly moved me to a higher floor. The higher floor was quiet and peaceful, and the AC ran without any noise, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service was very responsive, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered good value for money. Overall, there were no noticeable drawbacks, and it's definitely worth staying. I recommend choosing the largest room type; it's absolutely fantastic value!"
