"The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, but the hotel's elevator was really small. Our family had three suitcases, and the elevator could only fit the three suitcases and one person, so the rest of us had to take the stairs. Luckily, we were on the second floor, so it wasn't too bad. The soundproofing in the hotel was average; we could clearly hear someone snoring next door. There were some stains on the bed sheets, but otherwise everything was fine. The room was quite spacious, and we could spread out all three suitcases. The mini-bar was free, with two cokes and one juice, but we only got it on the first night of our three-night stay. It's less than a ten-minute walk to Nice Ville station and the beach, and there's a pretty big supermarket nearby, making shopping very convenient."

"The room wasn't large, but it was fairly clean. The building is a bit old, but after renovations, a small elevator was installed, which basically meets your needs. It's very close to the Cinque Terre train station, making it very convenient for traveling to the Cinque Terre. The breakfast room is in the newly built podium and is clean and tidy. Parking is limited, but there is a public paid parking lot nearby."

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile, which made the entire stay feel even more welcoming. "Me and my partner got only a weekend staying. Staff is really lovely, very helpful with everything. But for me the problem was the room- too small and walls were really thin, we had a loud guests in the next room and we could hear everything, that was a bit annoying as we expected for more privacy. The shower was really good though, but there were no toilet fans in the room, so if you had a shower all the room would be humid or with some smell. The breakfast menu was ok, the fruits salad wasn’t good, all the fruits very bitter, couldn’t eat anything. Jelly options were less then expected, but in general it offers different kind of breads and sweets boulangerie. Location is great!"

"Good Hotel in an excellent location for the railway station and main shipping area, although a good walk from the sea front the walk to the front was doable. Service was fine, the room could have been cleaner eg. Skirting boards and lamp needed a good dusting as well as the wall above the tv.  Bathroom was clean and towels changed daily which was excellent. Breakfast was good although you needed to be early for the best selection as fruit etc. was not replenished after 9:30am Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful."

"Is close to the nice ville Train station. Is very convenient for me to access to other places. But it is some distance to the beach. It’s take about 25mins walking Distance. I had 4nights stay at this hotel. Room is clean and staff is friendly and kind. Merci!"

"The hotel location is strategic, just a 5-minute walk from Nice Saint-Augustin train station. The tram to the airport is free from Grand Arenas station, making transportation very convenient. We booked a Mountain View Twin Room but were given a lower-quality room instead (please refer to the photo). Additionally, we had to request a room change due to a serious bed issue—the mattress was split in half, which was quite shocking as they were still using a damaged mattress for guests. To their credit, the front desk responded immediately and changed our room. However, the new room still did not meet our expectations. The bed quality was poor, too soft, and provided no proper back support. Breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options. The only hot food available was scrambled eggs and sausages, while everything else was cold. Coffee and juice were from a machine, which didn’t add much to the experience. Overall, the stay was tolerable for the price, but definitely not worth it given the quality of the rooms, beds, and breakfast. Would not recommend unless you’re on a very tight budget."

"Great hotel in a great location. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and there is a pretty good craft bar connected to the hotel. Also it’s very easy to get to from the airport. Take the L2 tram (Blue Line) to the 2nd to last stop and is a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Costs €1.70"

"The hotel is very nice with an excellent location in Nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is that a lot of the equipment in the gym was broken unserviceable."
