"Our family drove to Bashang Grassland for a weekend getaway, and after comparing several hotels, we chose this one. The experience far exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very close to the grassland; open the window, and you're greeted with endless green, a truly stunning view. The room's hygiene was impeccable—no strange odors from the floors or bathroom, and the bedding was dry and tidy. The mattress had just the right firmness, making it perfect for unwinding after a long day of travel.
The owner is genuinely down-to-earth and generous, offering thoughtful and attentive service. They proactively helped us with our luggage and even shared tips on less crowded attractions, saving us a lot of time. The courtyard is spacious, a great spot to relax and chat, and at night, you can gaze at a sky full of stars. The hotel has its own restaurant serving local specialties. The roasted lamb chops were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the oat noodles had an authentic taste. Portions were generous, and prices were very reasonable.
The overall atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, free from any commercialized gimmicks. It's a one-stop shop for comfortable accommodation and delicious food. I highly recommend it for family trips or friends traveling together. If you're visiting Bashang Grassland, this place is definitely worth returning to. Highly recommended!"

"1. Public areas are poorly clean, and the lobby windows are stained.
2. Management is disorganized. Drunk guests knocked on our doors in the middle of the night, and at 8 a.m., they knocked on our doors asking if we needed our rooms cleaned. We had to swipe our card at the front desk every time we left the parking lot.
3. Even after staying there, we still smelled the lingering smell of renovations. The soundproofing was extremely poor, and we could clearly hear the chatter of late-coming guests and the noise of early-rising children. The soundproofing on the doors was completely useless, practically useless.
4. Smoking regulations were lacking, and the hallways were perpetually filled with the stench of cigarette smoke."

The three-story apartment has a kitchen, no air conditioning (the most tasteless), one word: cold. Cold can't take a shower. The corridor is very long, the unit door is often open, remote, walking alone at night, very scary, the yard on the first floor is long grass, no one cares. It feels like a real estate company is operating. Just a demand, high-power charging pile. There is an amusement park nearby, did not go. (This hotel has no special needs, not recommended)"

There are restaurants, supermarkets, camping areas, villa areas, and outdoor barbecue areas. There are many poplar trees inside. The summer wind makes the leaves rustle, accompanied by the singing of birds, which is unique. The cabin I live in is clean and compact, with all toiletries provided. When I woke up in the morning, I sat at the door of the cabin facing the morning sun and meditated. In the evening, there was a fiery red sunset. Guest UserOn Saturday, I stayed at the Bashang White Horse Hotel with my children. I have to say that this place is very suitable for families with children.
First of all, the hotel is a parent-child hotel. The bedside towels are cute cartoon pony patterns, and the toiletries packaging is also very cute. In particular, the front desk manager He is kind and patiently explained the travel guide to us, allowing us to arrange the travel time reasonably. Guest UserI stayed at Mengma Hotel in Mazhen during the Dragon Boat Festival. It was completely beyond my expectations, so my child was very uncomfortable staying in Guyuan the next night. Haha. Because of the tight schedule, I was not very interested in the performances, so I didn't go to the park to play, but the small playground in the hotel also made my child play high, with trampolines, slides, ocean balls and foam blocks, and many friends.
Real name thanks to Miss Long Yufei at the front desk, who helped us arrange a room with a view of the grassland, added WeChat, and explained the activities in the Yunyuan Park in detail. We saw the fireworks~ The lady also helped coordinate and sent us a breakfast. The breakfast was at the level of a five-star hotel, with freshly ground coffee, small wontons, and various meat and vegetable stir-fried dishes that tasted very good.
