"The hotel is in a very good location, next to Congtai Park and very close to Handan Road;
The hotel is in a garden-style with green trees and a very good environment. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the brand-new cotton fabrics are very comfortable.
The breakfast is unimaginably good, with a wide variety of options, including local specialties, baked pastries, four kinds of soups, porridges, not to mention the hot dishes, which are much better than those in five-star hotels in second- and third-tier cities.
The service is very good. You can tell at a glance that the staff have received professional training. They receive things with both hands and use polite language. As a hotel industry practitioner, I also feel that such service is rare nowadays.
The waiters' uniforms are very distinctive. The ladies' horse-faced skirts are both beautiful and reflect traditional historical culture. It can be seen that a lot of care was put into them.
There are also areas that need improvement. The noise from singing and dancing in the square outside is too loud at night. They were still singing at 10 o'clock. After reporting this to the hotel, there have been improvements. While noise is not an issue within the hotel, it can affect the experience of hotel guests. It is also necessary to communicate with the Urban Management Department and other departments to resolve the issue."

"When I was dining with my child in a hotel restaurant, the little one accidentally tore his clothes and instantly burst into tears out of grievance, and no amount of comforting could stop him. When the aunt in the restaurant heard the child crying, she gently asked the child what small pattern he liked. She not only took the initiative to help with the sewing, but also embroidered a small flower that the child liked on the hole, instantly turning the ”little accident” into a unique decoration! What is even more touching is that after returning to the room, the lady at the front desk gave the child a ”mini garden” building block set and said with a smile: I heard from the lady in the restaurant that the child likes small flowers, so we gave the child a garden that we made by ourselves. ”The child's eyes lit up all of a sudden, and he hugged the gift tightly, extremely happy. From the ingenuity of sewing to the healing gift, warmth is in the details. The child burst into laughter while holding the gift, and I remembered the intentions of this hotel - they repaired not only the clothes, but also the little regrets during the journey. "The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and helpful. The towels in the room, however, were a bit stiff. Breakfast was excellent, especially the 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork), which was delicious. I also got to try the local specialty, 'Dou Mo' (a savory bean paste soup), which was also very tasty, but it's not available every day. Overall, I had a great experience."

The transportation is convenient and there is a parking lot. The hotel facilities are very good, the room is large and clean, the room is very soundproof and quiet, the park scenery is outside the window, there are poems and other paintings on both sides of the aisle, which are very elegant, the front desk service is enthusiastic, and the staff will take the initiative to say hello. The guest at this table made the wrong meal. I saw it in my eyes. The waiter checked the order and found that it was wrong. I brought this dish to an empty table. I put it for two minutes and gave it to me directly. I really don't know how to evaluate this hotel! In short, you can stay in the store, don't choose here for dinner.

My two children really enjoyed the bread-making and pottery activities. The evening fireworks display was a bit short. I hope the various activities can be enriched and improved.

Even the older facilities are well-maintained; the air conditioning heats up quickly and the Wi-Fi signal is stable, so there are no issues with usability. What truly impressed me was the genuine sincerity – the cleaning staff proactively offered to change towels, and the front desk thoughtfully reminded me of check-out times and important information. There was no aggressive upselling, just the right amount of thoughtful care.
