"The hotel is located in an area mostly industrial, and since it's newly renovated, the facilities and environment are quite good. There are many room types to choose from. We encountered a minor issue with the room, but the staff promptly upgraded us and changed our room. The service was excellent. Because it's newly renovated, some facilities could be improved, and we provided feedback. The hotel has channels for collecting customer feedback, which is great. The whole room is smart, but I suddenly couldn't use some of it [smiley face]. The only downside was the soundproofing; even after midnight, it was still quite noisy with people walking around upstairs. Overall, the experience was good, and the free showers and swimming pool were a nice touch."

"This newly opened luxury hotel is located east of Jinshihu Park, offering stunning lake and city views from its rooms. It's also adjacent to the Wangu Pujiang Heart Shopping Mall, making dining, shopping, and parking very convenient. Upon check-in, Mr. Ma, the receptionist, thoughtfully arranged the appropriate floor and room location, and even provided fruit. His team also provided a smooth and efficient service experience – a big thumbs up! 👍 The children thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's restaurants and swimming pool. I didn't have time to visit the executive lounge, so I can't comment on it yet; I'll give the facilities half a star for now and add more later after I visit."

"I was very satisfied! The room was spacious and offered excellent value for money. The breakfast was also plentiful, and they even provided complimentary late-night snacks like shredded chicken and vermicelli soup, along with fruit. They have a laundry room and a gym, too. Facilities: Great."

"It was unexpectedly good. I am a mysophobic person. It was my first time to come to Pujiang for a business trip. I made a reservation when I saw that it was newly opened this year. I was really pleasantly surprised. First of all, the service attitude is very warm, and there is free self-service hand-ground coffee at the front desk. Secondly, the room was very clean, including every corner. The environment is also very good, with complete facilities. The room is large, the bedding is very comfortable, hot water comes out as soon as it is turned on, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The breakfast is also good and has everything you need. It’s really warm. I will definitely choose this store when I go on a business trip in the future."

"During the May Day holiday, major attractions were overflowing with people, so I decided to find a small town to escape the crowds. Luckily, I found this hotel, which significantly enhanced the comfort of my town getaway. The room had the flooring I prefer – I always feel carpets tend to hide dirt. The room layout was well-designed, clean, and hygienic. I especially want to commend their bedding; the duvet cover was made of bubble cotton, which was incredibly comfortable. Parking at the hotel was convenient, making it ideal for those traveling by car. For dinner, you can head across the street to the Sheraton; the food there is quite good!"

"Took the kids out for a trip. The room was generally okay. The facilities are still decent for a hotel that's been open for three years. However, the sudden power outage was quite frustrating. When I brought it up to the front desk, they were hesitant and couldn't give a clear explanation, nor did they offer any apology or reassurance. Their training clearly isn't up to par. In the afternoon, when we were heading out, we encountered a web series being filmed on the first floor, and the staff kept shooing us away, which was pretty annoying. The experience was really disappointing. Other than the wide variety of breakfast options, there was nothing else remarkable about our stay."

"The hotel booked temporarily on a business trip exceeded expectations! The rooms are cleaned very clean, the mattresses are moderately hard and soft, the sound insulation is good, the double-layer panoramic glass can't hear the noise outside and the corridor at all, and the front desk is gentle. Traveling here with friends, the location is excellent, the commercial street is out, shopping is convenient. The room is spacious, the lighting is very good, the toiletries are complete, the price is affordable, the stay is comfortable, the next stay is the first choice."

"The hotel I decided to order in one minute after reading the comments was indeed right! This may be the most comfortable stay I have ever had in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. 1. The 2-meter bed is enough for a family of three 👨👩👧 to sleep without crowding, and the mattress is very comfortable. I don't want to get up after lying down. 2. The thickness of the quilt is just right. Unlike some hotels that have thick quilts all year round! 3. The room is spacious, clean and ventilated, without any odor. 4. The breakfast room doesn't look big, but there are a lot of things available. It's complete and enough to eat! The wontons are very tasty, and there is meat than those bought outside. 5. Talk about the check-out time: Almost all the hotels I have stayed in require check-out at 12 o'clock, only this one can check out at 2 o'clock, and the service attitude is also very good. 6. There are small biscuits and candies in the room, and various coffees are also available at the front desk. 7. The location is also convenient. I went to the nearby 1967 Cultural and Creative Park and the People's Square (shopping mall), which is quite good. The sound insulation is also good, and the room is very quiet to sleep in. The automatic curtains and lights are quite exquisite."

"Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!"
