"The front desk Xiao Cui waiter worked patiently and enthusiastically  for our non-smoking room special request several times to change the room, and finally made us very satisfied. "Great hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior.
Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city.
The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them).
The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time).
There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. And there are sockets in the room only for Chinese standard plugs, but not for European ones, do this at the reception so that the adapters are sold or you can rent them"

"The location of the hotel is excellent. It takes about half an hour to take a taxi from Xinxiang East, and walk for ten minutes to Dafat and Erfat. "I have always stayed at Juzuo Hotel in Zhengzhou. This is the first one in Xinxiang. I thought the chain brand's standards and services must be the same. I was not disappointed. I brought my luggage and before I entered the lobby, the beautiful girl at the front desk came to help me with my luggage. When I walked to the front desk, the welcome tea was already delivered to me. I was very touched.
After arriving in the room, razors, slippers, bathrobes. It was even more complete. I like to drink tea, so it was also equipped with tea sets and tea leaves. GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, the service and facilities are great, the front desk staff is very nice, and the room is equipped with various mobile phone charging cables. Since I arrived at the hotel at 8pm in a hurry, the hotel actually has free dinner (18:30-21:30) which is very nice It's a surprise, free coffee drinks and snacks in the lobby bar, free cans of Coke, Sprite, tea bags and candies in the room. It's the best all-season stay I've ever had. Unfortunately no photos were taken.

I have lived in other seasons before. I asked the front desk. They said that the star rating is different. I have to say that the environment is particularly satisfactory. I prefer a simple and clean style. Their home can give me a good experience.
The second is the living environment. The room is not a narrow space, but very spacious. It does not give people a very depressing feeling like other hotels.
Girls prefer their intelligence to evoke children's curiosity too much and have a good time.
Service: The service did not say that the young ladies were very enthusiastic. Our needs can be met very well.
Hygiene: I didn't find a trash can from entering the store to the front desk. This makes me different. It can be clean to this extent.

The receptionist was generous, gentle and provided excellent service. When I got to the room, the environment was clean and tidy, with plenty of light and a wide view. The examination hall happened to be nearby. I didn't expect to find such a treasure hotel. It was new in 2023. The room facilities and equipment were also complete, with tea bags. The big bed was moderately soft and comfortable. The breakfast restaurant tasted good too. It made me feel very comfortable. It is a treasure hotel worth experiencing.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the minimalist yet stylish design, and the warm lighting instantly made me feel relaxed. During check-in, the front desk staff member was incredibly efficient and had a very welcoming smile. She also thoughtfully provided information on nearby dining options and parking. The attention to detail was impeccable.
The room itself was an even greater surprise: spotlessly clean, with bedding so soft and comfortable I never wanted to get out of bed. The soundproofing was excellent too, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a well-designed wet and dry separation, hot water came quickly, and the toiletries had a fresh, subtle scent, making them very pleasant to use.
What I found most thoughtful were the clear signposts in the corridors and the quick-responding elevators. In the morning, I even enjoyed complimentary hot tea in the lobby before heading out. Staff members consistently offered polite greetings, making the entire experience incredibly pleasant.
Next time I'm in this area, I will definitely choose Ji Hotel again; the value for money is outstanding! Highly recommend it to everyone!
