"Great hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior.
Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city.
The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them).
The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time).
There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. And there are sockets in the room only for Chinese standard plugs, but not for European ones, do this at the reception so that the adapters are sold or you can rent them"

"This hotel was a stopover on our way to Wanxian Mountain, so I didn't have high expectations. The facilities are relatively new and well-equipped, so overall it was decent. There's no dedicated parking; cars have to be parked on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. The cleanliness was good, meeting the standard for a typical budget hotel. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and its roadside location makes it convenient. Although it's on a main street, the noise at night wasn't an issue, so the stay was relatively quiet.
However, the service experience was quite poor, which led to the low rating:
1. When parking, I was worried I wouldn't be able to open the trunk, so I took two suitcases out of the car first and asked the security guard and my travel companion to go ahead while I parked. The security guard just dumped the suitcases at the entrance and went back to his post, not even bothering to help carry them to the front desk. His service awareness was extremely poor.
2. Even though I booked the hotel for 2026 on Ctrip, I was still required to pay an additional 200 RMB deposit, which is quite unusual.
3. The two complimentary bottles of water in the room were small, and we finished them on the first night. The next morning, I asked the front desk for two more. Having stayed in numerous hotels, I've never encountered a situation where extra water was charged. Even if there's a charge, it should be communicated in advance or clearly priced in the room. Instead, the hotel directly deducted it from the deposit and didn't confirm it with me when checking out. The process was extremely unprofessional."

First of all, let's talk about the advantages. I personally like the location of the hotel, and the surrounding environment is relatively clean. Parking is very convenient and travel is worry-free. At the time of check-in, I also gave a souvenir intimately. There are glass straw cups, small square towels, nail clippers, etc. These small details are really a plus.
However, the sanitary condition of the room can be considered general. When making the bed, the leftover hair and curled hair were found on the mattress. Fortunately, after feedback to the front desk, the staff helped to replace it in time, and the service response was still timely. In addition, the towels are slightly old, but fortunately the bath towels and floor towels are clean and intact, and the experience of using them has not been greatly affected.
Refer to the recommendation of the guests, I went to check in Ge Jihongyu mutton near the hotel, per capita 55-60 yuan, the price is close to the people. The dishes taste strong and delicious, the only downside is that they are really salty.

I must appreciate the hotel. They have a nice and courteous staff at their disposal. I was getting late for my train from east station in the morning. Was not able to get a taxi for 10 minutes or so. The lady at the reception personally dropped me to the station in get car which was about 5km away. I really appreciate the generous courtesy given to me by the lady at the reception desk. Would definitely stay again at this hotel
