"The front desk Xiao Cui waiter worked patiently and enthusiastically  for our non-smoking room special request several times to change the room, and finally made us very satisfied. The room was very clean.  There were also small snacks. The facilities were also very good. There were several restaurants around the hotel. It was very convenient. The parking lot was in front of the door. Breakfast was not bad."

"Great hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior.
Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city.
The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them).
The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time).
There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. And there are sockets in the room only for Chinese standard plugs, but not for European ones, do this at the reception so that the adapters are sold or you can rent them"

The hotel has some star products for sale in Fat Donglai, we bought them at the hotel, and we really don't want to go to the supermarket to queue up.

When I checked in, the waiter said that I was upgraded, but after checking in, I felt that the room was not as spacious as the one I saw before checking in. I felt cheated. The room was average and the facilities were a bit old. The price of a five-star hotel, the conditions of a three-star hotel, after all, it is called a five-star hotel, and it still feels a bit grand. The service is okay, the waiter who sent the welcome fruit was very enthusiastic, thumbs up. After checking out, he called back and asked me to give a five-star review. GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, the service and facilities are great, the front desk staff is very nice, and the room is equipped with various mobile phone charging cables. Since I arrived at the hotel at 8pm in a hurry, the hotel actually has free dinner (18:30-21:30) which is very nice It's a surprise, free coffee drinks and snacks in the lobby bar, free cans of Coke, Sprite, tea bags and candies in the room. It's the best all-season stay I've ever had. Unfortunately no photos were taken.

GGuest UserIt was a truly wonderful experience. Despite the scorching heat, the owner's son was waiting for us in the parking lot and helped with our luggage upon arrival. We ate lunch there, and the portions were generous and the flavors were excellent, especially the stir-fried pork with wild celery. It was so good, I ordered another portion that evening. The room was very clean and well-equipped, and the view was especially stunning, especially since it was a mountain-view room. We had originally planned to eat at a hotel that evening, but the food was so unpalatable that it felt like a complete waste. Back at the hotel, it was already 8:30 PM, so we ordered a scallion pancake. Surprisingly, the dough was freshly prepared and pan-fried, and it was delicious.

When we arrived at the ticket office, the store was already waiting to pick us up into the village. They introduced various attractions and travel tips along the way. , the service is considerate and thoughtful. Especially the store has its own restaurant. The dishes cooked by the chef are really good. In addition, the atmosphere of the village is very good and the scenery is beautiful. I stayed here for another day and I am very satisfied!

The exterior decoration is grand, and the front desk staff is friendly and kind, giving people a very friendly feeling. There is a rich variety of tea in the lobby. When I checked in, the beautiful woman at the front desk poured me a cup and tasted it. The taste was the same as that sold in cold drink shops outside! The sound insulation effect of the room is good, and the hotel's air conditioner is almost silent, making it very quiet at night. The park opposite the hotel has a beautiful view! You can also walk to the People's Park behind with your children. The location is really great. The breakfast in the store has a wide variety of options. I especially like the wontons cooked by the restaurant lady. She helped us adjust the flavor. It was delicious. I will choose this place again when I come to Xinxiang next time! Highly recommended~
