The price/performance ratio is not high, but the location is great. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the stadium to watch an ice hockey game. It is mainly a hotel for fans. The breakfast for self-stay is average. In short, it is convenient for guests without a car to stay for one night.

Guest UserThe location is excellent. There's a bus stop nearby, making bus travel from Anaheim Station easy. To get to Disneyland from the hotel, you can use the shuttle bus from Toy Story Parking. It's about a 7-8 minute walk. Amenities are limited to shampoo, conditioner, soap, and coffee drinks next to the coffee maker. Coffee is available in the lobby. You're given bottled water in a paper bag at check-in, but there aren't enough for everyone, so you can get more. There's no water dispenser. The laundry machine costs $4 for a wash and dry cycle, and you need to insert 25-cent coins (you can get change at the front desk). There are three washing machines and four dryers. If you want to dry your clothes for longer, you can add more coins to extend the drying time (it's usually around 45 minutes). There's a 7-Eleven across the street. The shower water pressure is very weak. I stayed for two nights, but there was no towel change, trash collection, or bed making. At check-in, the front desk explained that you can ask for any extra towels you need.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Guest UserDisneyland Hotel is always a magical place to stay like all the other Disney Parks hotels my family has stayed at. Front Lobby staff always make things so easy and they’re always so welcoming and accommodating. One thing I wanted to point out was one staffer who clearly just works there expecting tips. Edward Chavez helped my family with their bags and not only was rude “I thought you guys were ready, but you’re there just taking pictures” and then expected a tip to the point that he provided his Venmo account to make sure he was compensated. What a blemish in what otherwise is typically a great experience at a Disney Parks hotel.

Great family friendly accommodation. Short walk to Toy Story Parking Lot to get Disneyland shuttle (which leave frequently) Pools were awesome..warm in winter and kids loved water slides. Bunk beds with pull out bed were great for large family. Breakfast was good, except fruit ran out second day early and no bacon. Kids loved Mickey Mouse waffles! Would stay again!

Although the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle bus to Disneyland, it's conveniently located nearby, with an Uber ride costing around $15. Valet parking is quite steep at $45 a day. Inside the room, the towels provided were rather dirty, and the bed setup was quite strange, with an excessive number of layers. To top it off, the front desk staff weren't particularly welcoming upon check-in.

Come to the Convention and Exhibition Center to participate in the exhibition, about 10 minutes walk from the exhibition. You can eat on foot around the hotel.
It is also close to Disney.

Location is about 30min walk to Disneyland but we took Bus 43 there.
Check in was easy with a deposit of USD100 and the room was already cooled when we went in.
The 2 big beds can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Bathroom had a grab bar beside the tub so it was additional safety feature for the elderly. Bathtub is also very low so it was easy to step into it. There was also a microwave oven but no kettle. Bath gel, shampoo and conditioner are all available and a shower cap was provided.
There was also daily housekeeping and check out was also easy. Just remember to ask for your deposit back if you had used cash. Someone is always at the reception so that's a plus point for those who arrive late or leave early.

Nicky_the_travelerVery clean! Not too far from Disneyland and we were able to find parking both days which is a must for me. My only issues were when checking in, the man that helped me was extremely kind but the woman on the counter next to him was very rude and took my ID away from him and stared at it and then at me very accusatory. I don’t know if she thought it was fake or what but it was awkward and very rude. My other issue was that when we came down for breakfast around 8:30 (breakfast ends at 9:30) they were almost completely out of food (all that was left was some potatoes, cereal, and oatmeal) and when we asked the kitchen staff if they were going to restock it we were rudely ignored until finally she said what they put out already was all that they were going to for the day. Overall the location and the room were pretty great it was just some of the staff that ruined it a little. (Except for the man who checked us in, he was very kind!). Not a terrible experience but if I’m paying this much I would expect better service.

The hotel is a bit old but I like the setup as it is a suite. The location is not far from disneyland.
On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra.
I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day.
Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.
