"The most iconic hotel in Anchorage, I had to stay even if I could only afford one night. Everything was good, the room was a bit small. Definitely paying big city prices for little old Alaska, which can feel like price gouging."

"The room was clean and quite spacious, with a small living room, which was very convenient. The facilities were also good, the gym was excellent, and the breakfast was decent. However, I don't know why, even though I had already paid through Ctrip, the hotel charged me again when collecting my deposit. Fortunately, I discovered the problem later, and Ctrip resolved it for me. Overall, I'm satisfied."

"The mountain view room, the result is to see the roof and a little point of the mountain, there is a house opposite to block the view, there is no need to waste that money to set the mountain view room. Because you can go out everywhere. The sanitary conditions are general, not very good or bad, it is OK for dog friendly hotels."

"Advantages: 1 The bed is larger than two 1.5cm beds 2. The room is spacious and relatively new, it should be renovated in 2022 3. There is free breakfast, the water dispenser provides hot and cold water, there is a canteen selling instant noodles, and there is a microwave in the room 4 .Free pick-up and drop-off services to the airport and train station. The train station is very close, and the ticket exchange is very fast. It is enough to arrive half an hour in advance. I think it is no problem to arrive 15 minutes in advance. Disadvantages 1. It is a 15-minute walk from the center of the town. There are several hotels in the center which are more convenient. 2. It is close to the train. It's a bit noisy on that side of the station, with trains honking every hour, even at night."

"The hotel is very new, the facilities are very good, the room has a kettle, the shower can also be taken down, parking is very convenient, although there is a charge. There is a delicious restaurant next to it that can be reached on foot. But we stayed for two days, because we forgot to hang the cleaning card, the room was not cleaned, this is a bit poor. Another bad point is that the air conditioning sound in the room is too loud and affects sleep."

"We enjoyed the room and how clean it was. We also liked feeling secure with a gate for all guests. We didn’t feel secure at other hotels like that. The only real issues I had was that the pool is very outdated. Doesn’t smell of chlorine at all just smells like a gravel pit. We didn’t want to get the water on our mouths because there was a lot of dirt in the pool. So it needs to be updated. Nobody should have to swim in a dirty pool with no chlorine in 2021. That’s the whole reason people probably want to stay there so I know we are not the only guests that were let down with this old stinky outdated pool. Also they need to make their fitness room bigger and they need some weights in there. Because all you can do is run. Plus the breakfasts were very cheap. Greek yogurts are nasty it should’ve been regular yoplait. With a granola bar, orange, and bottle of water. Not sure if I will stay there ever again unless they fix all these issues and stop being cheapskates!"

Very Good
GGuest UserIt was stated that there is an airport shuttle bus, so I made a reservation, but there was no airport shuttle. In the end, I called a lift and moved it. Please note. The price included breakfast, but the breakfast was very simple, so I didn't feel much merit. Rather, the advantage is that it is very close to the airport (10 minutes by car) and there are very good Vietnamese restaurants around. It is difficult to recommend as the price-to-quality ratio is low.
AAndrewEngineerEasy to book and check-in.
Room was spacious and reasonably comfortable.
Breakfast was OK.
Sofa bed was a bit too saggy.
Overall, good and will consider again when needing a room in the area.
GGuest UserEverything else is fine, the air conditioning outlet is very loud, affecting sleep. During the stay, there was a fire alarm misreported, and the guests walked out of the hotel and the fire was on the scene. It is said that there has been a recent incident. The above two hope to improve.
GGuest UserWe liked how the room was clean and the pool smelled like chlorine and was clean unlike other hotels we stayed at. But the front desk clerk was very rude. I tried to check in a couple mins early and she only said I don’t see your name anywhere and pretty much only left me an option to leave and come back later. So instead of being friendly she was opposite and made me feel not wanted there. But we stayed anyway. And the breakfast really sucked! COVID made them feel like they can treat people however they want.
GGuest UserThe hotel environment is very good and very clean! There are specimens of brown bears and wolves in the lobby, which is spectacular, and there is a free self-service coffee machine and hot water, which is too important for me to come back from minus 40 degrees outside! ! !
But! ! ! The hotel has no service at all. I never cleaned up the room for five days. I don’t know if it’s the same in American hotels.
GGuest UserBooked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed.
Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.
GGuest UserThe size of the room is just right, and the hygiene is OK. The room I was given was on the side of the first floor. It was probably a promotional room, because I only stayed for one night. There is a river behind the hotel, and you can go fishing along the river. It’s also very meaningful to walk around both sides of the Taiwan Strait to see the local fishing culture. It’s a little more inconvenient to walk uphill for about 20 minutes from the city center, but it’s very close to the train station, and the hotel has a free pick-up service. This service is really good. , one of the reasons why I booked this hotel
