Anchorage Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"The hotel environment is very good and very clean! There are specimens of brown bears and wolves in the lobby, which is spectacular, and there is a free self-service coffee machine and hot water, which is too important for me to come back from minus 40 degrees outside! ! ! But! ! ! The hotel has no service at all. I never cleaned up the room for five days. I don’t know if it’s the same in American hotels."

"The location of this hotel is a minute drive from downtown3-5, and Uber takes a taxi to downtown for about $10 (whether it is a day trip pick-up station or a bus stop/train station to denali/sward). If you walk from the various bus departure stations to denali/seward to the nearby 3.6 hotels for at least 5-8 minutes, 7-8 monthly peak season 300-500 USD/night (no breakfast and pick-up station), this hotel is about $200 (including breakfast and pick-up station). Is the difference per night 100-300 USD worth it? From breakfast, pick-up, room and environmental facilities evaluation: Breakfast: buffet style, standard full set of European and American style, such as leaving the store earlier than 6:00, 3:00 can provide packaged bread, coffee, very human. Transfer: 24-hour service, especially the morning delivery to the airport, the station is absolutely guaranteed. There are two hotel sign cars (9 seats, 14 seats). Rooms: Refrigerator, microwave, bathroom, coffee. Environment: A typical American movie 2-story motel with a total of more than 20 concave room layouts. One room at the front desk, lobby and restaurant. If you arrive at night: A. Leave the next morning or take a day trip and leave again, the purpose is to stay for 1 night. B. Not pursuing facilities for traditional hotels, with limited budgets. This hotel is definitely the best choice for the price. We read many reviews when booking the hotel. We have psychological expectations for the room, pick-up and environment. There is no overreaction when we check in, and the feeling is beyond expectations. The two elderly couples in charge of the pick-up and drop-off are very real people. They will send guests to the airport or bus stop at 4 o'clock in the morning. After all, this hotel pick-up is not a scheduled shuttle service of a large chain hotel. It provides 24-hour pick-up and drop-off. The hospitality is commendable. If the hotel adds another 10-15 US dollars in a very cost-effective room rate, for the airport transfer, there happens to be a downtown transfer, you can give priority to the airport guests, temporarily call an Uber corresponding to the downtown guests, because the guests who have high expectations for the transfer feel neglected, Emotionally easy to sum up, deny the hotel's service. If the hotel spares emergency measures such as hair dryers and room air fresheners at the front desk, it can also avoid expected high guest mood fluctuations."

"Very close to the airport, the room is spacious and bright, the front desk has Chinese service, the toilet in the room is blocked, the carpet on the fourth floor has water, and the price is poor."

"Staff are nice. They pick us up from the airport and drop us off to the airport. They have a good size ref and good microwave that heat fast. I just want to suggest to add eggs or any meat like sausage, bacon in their breakfast. Other than that, overall stay was pleasant."

"The breakfast performance was normal and the aunt entertained me warmly; the room was clean and tidy; it was a few minutes drive from the airport; parking was free and there was a shuttle bus; the water in the bathtub was a bit slow, but overall I was satisfied"

"I was pretty disgusted to see the N word written in dust on the window in our suite. The food was overpriced and was definitely nothing special. Didn't matter after dinner though; there's no microwave to reheat left overs, and with how cold our room was, our food got cold and hard pretty fast. The wallpaper is coming off the wall, the hooks are coming out of the wall, we had the heat on friday-sunday but could never get it up past 68 degrees despite it being on for days. The water got shut off while we were there, parking was crowded/limited. We booked a room for 5, only to be put in a room with only 2 beds and told they couldn't provide us with a cot because of fire hazards; after complaining that I'm not putting my child on the very used/old carpet, they upgraded our room to include a couch for my 3rd child. The pool required a reservation but they didn't check reservations and the pool was over crowded. I was REALLY uncomfortable with how secluded I was from everyone when going to the locker room... it felt like the perfect spot for someone to catch a woman or child off guard. Everything is very old or outdated or broken in one way or another, and everything was VERY overpriced. If they want to claim they're a resort and charge resort prices, they need to start looking like a resort. Next time we need a weekend getaway, we'll be going to Denali instead!"

"Booked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed. Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean."
