"The hotel is very new, the facilities are very good, the room has a kettle, the shower can also be taken down, parking is very convenient, although there is a charge. There is a delicious restaurant next to it that can be reached on foot. But we stayed for two days, because we forgot to hang the cleaning card, the room was not cleaned, this is a bit poor. Another bad point is that the air conditioning sound in the room is too loud and affects sleep."

"The hotel is conveniently located, with shopping malls and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. The room is big and clean. But the attitude of the staff is average, and I couldn't get a travel transfer. The most unfortunate thing was that there was a power outage in the entire hotel at around 11 o'clock on the second night of our stay. There was no air conditioning and we could only open the windows. The noise of cars outside was very loud, which affected our sleep. The electricity was not restored until 9am the next day, but breakfast was not served. When asked whether the hotel would provide a refund, there was no positive response."

"I usually have a peaceful, enjoyable stay when I stay here, but this time is wasn’t so peaceful. There was a kids birthday party or something going on where there were a lot of rambunctious kids running up and down the hallway, making all this noise during my stay. Not enjoyable at all."

"The room is quite large, the two beds are 1.5 meters, enough for 4 people to sleep, we specially booked a small kitchen, because there is an aunt with us, do not like eating outside, but this small kitchen actually does not have pots and pans, so unless you have a pot yourself, Otherwise, you can't cook, because we went to Utah for the second half of the trip and brought pots and pans, so it can be used. This hotel is better than airport transfer, so we can drop off the bus at the hotel, so we will call back by ourselves after the drop off. But day 2 could do their bus again to the airport."

There are Korean food and Japanese materials nearby, and it is said that Aurora can be seen near the hotel in November and January."

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is very good and very clean! There are specimens of brown bears and wolves in the lobby, which is spectacular, and there is a free self-service coffee machine and hot water, which is too important for me to come back from minus 40 degrees outside! ! !
But! ! ! The hotel has no service at all. I never cleaned up the room for five days. I don’t know if it’s the same in American hotels.

GGuest UserBooked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed.
Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

SShenIt is a very economical hotel in the local area. Others are generally around 200 US dollars. This hotel is about 100 US dollars. The hotel environment and facilities are a bit old, but the old hotel rooms are also larger. In general, it's not a very good hotel, but it's still acceptable for the price, it's 6 points. If the location is 2-3 bus stops from the city center, it is not too bad. I didn't take many pictures of the hotel. Just put a few pictures to make up the number.
