Cons:
This hotel is consist of south block, north block and main block. They don’t connect each other on the upper floors. My room is at the south block. I have to pass through the smoking area, with poor ventilation that the smoke actually leaks to the aisle. The aisle and lobby at the south block looks old and does not look like an ordinary hotel that should have.
I lived on the 13th floor and was surprised this is the only floor that no microwave oven provided. The water-flow is below average. It is one of the weakest among the hotels I visited so far.
The pillows are bad, too small and not comfortable for sleeping.
Pros: The room is big. Some equipments are high quality. The room inside is overall nice

Great hotel right across from JR Hakodate Station! Super convenient location, friendly staff, and parking next door. Plus, amazing ramen right by the entrance—can't beat it!

Conveniently located across from JR station and walking distance to the morning market. Use the back door, there is a huge local supermarket. Japanese breakfast served only at 7am and long lines formed for the breakfast. Amenities don’t have drip coffee bags. Room is the usual small size but can open 2 medium size luggage. Room is new. Highly recommended

The location is very good, near to JR Hakodate train station and bus terminal. Within walking distance to the morning market and Hakodate ropeway. The buffet breakfast is very good 👍. The room is spacious and clean. BUT they did not change the shower curtain. It has a very strong musky moldy smell 🤢 which make the whole room smell stinky as I have to open the toilet door to air the toilet 👎

地理位置非常好，jr站步行5分鐘。大堂環境大氣，房間衞生很好，且沒有發生其他點評中看到的每日打掃需額外收費的情況。唯一的缺點就是房間不夠大吧，兩個箱子打開基本上沒法走路了。

🌹待優化：1️⃣入住期間，隔音問題令人困擾。半夜客人的腳步聲、拖行李箱，説話的聲音等等都能毫無阻礙地傳入房間。入夜後這些聲音更是讓人難以入眠，嚴重影響了睡眠質量。
2️⃣室內冷🥶 打開空調居然是冷風，無奈聯繫前台也衹能是多提供一份毛毯…
🌹優點：離jr函館站，小丑漢堡，紅磚倉庫都比較近，位置上還是很便利的～
🌹希望酒店能重視並解決如上問題，為客人提供更好的服務。
