Be aware , when you arrive, you will be charged a $200 bond on your room which is excessive given the quality of the product., let me begin. Broken and stained curtains are always a bad sign when you walk into a room. ( see photo ) The chair with god knows what on it (see photo) The unusable dirty t towel ( see photo) The dirt in the room is simply unforgivable (See photo) Family size pizza box with crusts shoved down beside the refrigerator missed by house keeping. Upon returning the offending pizza box to reception, " We're very sorry we'll have a word to house keeping " that was it. When do I get my $200 deposit back ? 3 a 4 working days. Warning number 2 DON'T pay your deposit in cash, it is not returned as cash.

We stayed in Unit 38A, it has the potential to be nice again as it is in need of a paint job and a minor Reno of the kitchen and bathroom would spruce it up to feel good about the price they are charging for the unit., everything except the carpet looks original. Not even a rubbish bin or a bag supplied for rubbish. THE AIRCON DOES NOT WORK , (it was 39 degrees out and about the same in the apartment), other than the fan and it didn't just quit during our stay. Bed was comfy, there was a fan in the closet which has a broken base but we were able to make it functional for some relief from the heat, overall a little disappointing for the price to stay, but when I checked out and told the reception that they shouldn't rent the unit in summer heat she was extremely rude, just a we will get someone to look at it not a hint of sorry for your luck we got your money who cares.

BEWARE! I booked into this “resort” last week as a guest, and paid up front for 5 nights for a nice holiday to visit my elderly mother in Mandurah. Unfortunately on the second day, I had misplaced my swipe key card and locked myself out of the “resort”. I phoned the owner who absolutely refused to assist, citing $400 (the balance of the stay) and for the inconvenience and the replacement of another swipe key card. The response was excessive. As it was a “Resort", I asked the person on reception, however the response was cool and they said they could not prove who I was nor would they allow me entry. Further they said that they could not assist me as the Air BnB had nothing to do with them. I asked if I could simply pass through a sliding door in reception to obtain entry via the pool area to the sliding door to my apartment. I was refused entry. The owner then contacted me and ordered me to leave the premises immediately. Unfortunately all my belongings were in the apartment including my car keys. It was an untenable situation. I was shocked. I feel I stepped into a fight between the owner and the resort. The owner threatened to have my car towed away if I did not leave immediately. It was terrible. Eventually, after much protest, I was given access to my belongings but “kicked out” with no alternative accomodation - I had 4 nights left of my prepaid booking!. It was late and I had to then book some alternative accomodation during my stay in Mandurah. I contacted Air BnB, and to their credit, have apologised for this diabolical treatment. They have agreed to refund my money on a pro rata. Unfortunately the owner has been excessively phoning me demanding extra money and texting me and accusing me of stealing face washers and linen from the apartment. Please folks, avoid stepping into this hot mess. BEWARE!

定了32號房，三天兩晚。 32號是看不到海景的。 整體感受不錯，前台接待熱情，入住和退房都很方便。酒店地理位置不錯，去景點、幾個知名餐廳都很近，小區內整體環境好，有泳池。房間不算新，但乾淨整潔，一層門前是停車位，可以停兩輛車，而且不會曬到太陽，拿取車上物品很方便。 美中不足的是，房間衹有一層客廳和二層大床房間有空調，其他兩個房間衹能用風扇。多少對酒店品質和入住感受有些影響。 一個小建議：32號房的櫥櫃最邊上的吊櫃櫃角最好做一個防撞保護，防止客人磕到頭，避免不必要的麻煩和糾紛。（如圖）
