Shama properties in Hangzhou

My first stay was just okay, but the hotel butler was proactive in communicating and responded promptly. My second stay was in a duplex loft, and the rooms on both levels were spacious and open. The upper level had the bathroom and bedroom, while the lower level had a living room with a fridge, washing machine, and other amenities, making it perfect for families. The butler also helped input our license plate details, which made the stay very comfortable. I could really see tangible improvements, which showed a lot of sincerity.

Newly opened hotel. It's close to the subway, the service staff are warm and thoughtful, and there is a gym and laundry room, which is especially convenient for business people like us. The breakfast is nutritious and the beef noodles are particularly delicious.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the subway station and shopping areas, making it super convenient for exploring, dining, and entertainment. Parking is also a breeze. Mary, at the front desk, was incredibly warm and polite, answering all my questions in detail. The room comes with a washer-dryer combo, and there's even a small kitchen for cooking, which made it feel just like home – so convenient!
