This hotel is conveniently located near both the MRT and BTS stations, with Terminal 21 right next to them. The room was very clean and having a kitchen was super handy. Even though it's a bit of a walk to the subway station, you can request a car from the concierge to take you there within a certain timeframe. If you walk, it's about 6-10 minutes, and there are plenty of street food stalls along the way. There's a Lawson downstairs, a 7-Eleven diagonally opposite, and three massage parlors across the street – perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring before heading back to the hotel. There's also a coffee shop on the ground floor.

We had a great time, the room was beautiful, as was the hotel, and the pool was enjoyable with adequate space. We purposely chose this hotel because we know Bangkok and don't want to be in the chaos of more touristy areas, but we're looking for boutique hotels with a soul. The subway and BTS are a 20-30 minute walk away, but that wasn't a problem for us, as we chose it knowing what we were getting into. However, there are Grab/Bolt, etc. if you don't want to walk...we'll definitely be back.

The location of this hotel is very convenient for Muslim travellers, as it is close to Arabic Street and surrounded by halal food options. The BTS station is not very near but still within a reasonable distance; however, it may be slightly challenging for elderly guests or families with strollers.


The hotel itself is superb. The room is spacious, the bathroom is extremely comfortable, and the overall cleanliness and facilities exceeded expectations. The service from the staff was excellent — warm, attentive, and professional. A special mention to Fatu, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent location next to Bangkok Hospital for patients and families. 10 min walk to Khlong Saen Saeb public boat stop but no other public transit. On this stay, the first room 8th fl wasn’t perfectly clean and we noticed drain flies in the bathroom. Second room 2nd fl was much better. Main issue: This hotel consistently fails to warn guests ahead of time about scheduled maintenance on the property. Last year they had a scheduled power outage we only learned about on the day. This year they had noisy pool repair construction that necessitated a room move. The front desk staff however are all excellent and super patient.

I stayed here for a business trip. The front desk staff was very welcoming and provided excellent service, making for a great overall experience. There was complimentary ginger tea in the lobby, which was a nice touch, and I was also very happy with my room. The only thing is that the water heater is electric, but the staff did mention it, so it was all good.

The room was spotless and very tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, and the nighttime city lights outside were beautiful. The room also came equipped with a microwave, washing machine, stove, and pots and pans. The white porcelain plates and cups looked very appealing. There's also a small square living area, separated from the bedroom by a sliding door, which creates a good sense of space. The bathroom had an electric heated toilet, and the shower area included both a showerhead and a bathtub. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to use the showerhead—it was a new installation by the hotel—but I must give special praise to Manager Jin, who was on duty that day. He helped resolve the issue, demonstrating great dedication, professionalism, attention to service details, enthusiasm for his work, and incredible thoughtfulness! The breakfast was also excellent; Susie from the breakfast service, the male manager on duty, and the chef and aunties were all wonderful. Overall, the stay truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely choose this place again!

It’s a new hotel with a nice environment. The Chinese restaurant tastes pretty good. I treated my friends very happily. I’ll choose this place next time I go on a business trip.

The hotel room's bedding and towels were all very clean. Everything was great, except for the sealed windows. Although it's right next to the road, the windows are well-sealed and soundproof, so my sleep wasn't disturbed. The Indian guy at the front desk spoke fluent Cantonese, which was really impressive. The other two lovely ladies at the front desk also provided excellent service; check-in and check-out were both seamless. When my room door wouldn't open due to low battery, one of the ladies quickly came up and replaced it for me – very efficient service. The hotel's location is also close to Fortress Hill MTR station, making Hong Kong travel very convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the tram stop is right outside, making it very quick to get to Causeway Bay and Wan Chai. It's an excellent choice for accommodation when visiting Hong Kong. The shower water pressure in the room was great, and the water temperature was stable, making for a comfortable shower. Finally, I must mention that the hotel's toiletries, especially the shampoo, smelled amazing – a lovely milky scent. My hair felt smooth and soft after washing, which I really liked personally. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

Checking out on a rainy day, it was great that the hotel entrance leads directly to the subway station, a shopping mall, and a hawker center via a covered walkway. My room had a mountain view, and the lush greenery was very calming. The furniture and facilities were cleverly designed and unique.

Great location,  in the middle of it all. In the morning, you see traditional stalls with local vegetatables, fruit, flowers. At night, it's right across the street from bars and clubs. Can be a little noisy if you want to sleep early, but a great place if you want to checkout the HK nightlife. Many many restaurants nearby. All the ones we tried  were excellent.
 Metro entrance can be a little confusing - google map showed the entrance much farther until I realized there are multiple entrances, and nearest one is not shown.
The room layout is convenient and spacious. Although the furniture and linens are a little outdated, but still comfortable.
