I’ve been staying at this hotel couple times. We always come to Bangkok with a big group of people, so we always stayed at the top floor and the 3 rooms apartment. The 3 rooms apartment is always amazing and clean.  This time it’s just me and my boyfriend. We are so satisfied with the one room apartment. Except the bathroom corners were a bit dusty and we saw some dry soap at the corner. Besides that, everything was clean. 

Staff was friendly and helpful. The staff let us did late checkout after knowing our flight delayed. 

Location was alright. Even though it’s not located at the main road, they provide tuk tuk. Just a call, tuk tuk would come and pick you up right away.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Poon for her kindness, attention, and continuous support during our stay. She is always ready to help, guide, and solve any questions that come up, and she does it with genuine care.

This is already our third time staying at this hotel, and it’s always wonderful that the staff remembers us and welcomes us so warmly. The entire team is friendly, attentive, and truly committed to making guests feel at home.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-designed - everything is arranged to make the stay easy and pleasant.
We always leave with a warm feeling and a desire to come back again. Thank you to the whole team for the great service, and to Poon for her exceptional hospitality ❤️❤️❤️

The location of this hotel is very convenient for Muslim travellers, as it is close to Arabic Street and surrounded by halal food options. The BTS station is not very near but still within a reasonable distance; however, it may be slightly challenging for elderly guests or families with strollers.


The hotel itself is superb. The room is spacious, the bathroom is extremely comfortable, and the overall cleanliness and facilities exceeded expectations. The service from the staff was excellent — warm, attentive, and professional. A special mention to Fatu, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent location next to Bangkok Hospital for patients and families. 10 min walk to Khlong Saen Saeb public boat stop but no other public transit. On this stay, the first room 8th fl wasn’t perfectly clean and we noticed drain flies in the bathroom. Second room 2nd fl was much better. Main issue: This hotel consistently fails to warn guests ahead of time about scheduled maintenance on the property. Last year they had a scheduled power outage we only learned about on the day. This year they had noisy pool repair construction that necessitated a room move. The front desk staff however are all excellent and super patient.

Traveling with my family, choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision! The parking lot is spacious, so no need to drive around looking for a spot – it's super convenient for self-driving tourists. The hotel service is also excellent, especially the young lady at the front desk who was very enthusiastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I need a hotel.

Giving it a good rating because they offered free breakfast. Honestly though, the breakfast was incredibly meager, like it was scavenged from somewhere. The room itself was quite spacious, had a bathtub, and a nice view. On the downside, there's a strange odor throughout the entire building. The facilities are incredibly outdated, like they haven't been updated in a decade, and the smart features are practically non-existent. Turning off the lights before bed required flipping a dozen switches!

Newly opened hotel. It's close to the subway, the service staff are warm and thoughtful, and there is a gym and laundry room, which is especially convenient for business people like us. The breakfast is nutritious and the beef noodles are particularly delicious.

The hotel room's bedding and towels were all very clean. Everything was great, except for the sealed windows. Although it's right next to the road, the windows are well-sealed and soundproof, so my sleep wasn't disturbed. The Indian guy at the front desk spoke fluent Cantonese, which was really impressive. The other two lovely ladies at the front desk also provided excellent service; check-in and check-out were both seamless. When my room door wouldn't open due to low battery, one of the ladies quickly came up and replaced it for me – very efficient service. The hotel's location is also close to Fortress Hill MTR station, making Hong Kong travel very convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the tram stop is right outside, making it very quick to get to Causeway Bay and Wan Chai. It's an excellent choice for accommodation when visiting Hong Kong. The shower water pressure in the room was great, and the water temperature was stable, making for a comfortable shower. Finally, I must mention that the hotel's toiletries, especially the shampoo, smelled amazing – a lovely milky scent. My hair felt smooth and soft after washing, which I really liked personally. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

The room was small, but surprisingly well-divided into three sections: a bedroom area with basically just a bed, a living area with a table and two chairs, and then the bathroom area. Overall, it wasn't a big problem, but the AC vent in the bedroom blew directly onto the bed, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. I ended up having to turn off the bedroom AC and use the living room AC instead.

Great location,  in the middle of it all. In the morning, you see traditional stalls with local vegetatables, fruit, flowers. At night, it's right across the street from bars and clubs. Can be a little noisy if you want to sleep early, but a great place if you want to checkout the HK nightlife. Many many restaurants nearby. All the ones we tried  were excellent.
 Metro entrance can be a little confusing - google map showed the entrance much farther until I realized there are multiple entrances, and nearest one is not shown.
The room layout is convenient and spacious. Although the furniture and linens are a little outdated, but still comfortable.
