Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts properties in Hanoi

This hotel is super close to the city center, and both the service and facilities are excellent! As an IHG member, I received a voucher for the hotel bar. Although my room was in a separate building a short distance from check-in, I was kindly driven there by golf cart. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, featuring a double vanity and a bathtub.

I would definitely stay here again next time. It was an excellent stay! Location and Accessibility: The location was incredibly convenient, with great access to tourist attractions and main routes throughout my stay. Room Condition: The room condition exceeded my expectations; it was spotless and well-maintained, which put me in a good mood as soon as I entered. The bedding was also very comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly. Service: The staff were friendly and accommodating every time I encountered them, making me feel truly valued. Breakfast and Facilities: The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast menu was refined and delicious, helping me start each day feeling well-fed.
