Harbin Songbei District Hotels

The room was fantastic! We arrived super early, and the front desk guy, seeing there were no king rooms available, upgraded us to a family room. We were able to rest right away, which was really great! The room was spacious, clean, and even had a smart toilet. But the best part is definitely the location. The hotel is right outside Exit 2 of the metro, and buses like the 35 and 126 stop right in front, making it easy to get to all the attractions. Downstairs, there are breakfast spots, a small supermarket, and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! The environment is great, and the hotel feels brand new. It's not too far from the attractions if you're driving. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the price is really affordable. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely be back!

I stayed in Harbin for three days, trying out hotels priced between 300-400 RMB, but this hundred-something RMB room was the only one that truly impressed me. The room was incredibly spacious with two super-large double beds. I was so satisfied! Even the more expensive rooms I stayed in didn't compare to this one. Our experience at Orange Crystal was superb! The light luxury decor felt high-end and sophisticated. The smart home controls throughout the room were very convenient. Before arriving in Harbin, when booking a hotel, besides location and facilities, my main concern was whether there was a pool for kids. After much deliberation among several star-rated hotels, I finally chose Shangri-La Songbei. It turned out to be the absolute best decision of our Harbin-Yichun trip. The most surprising thing? It has to be the hotel's window view! We gasped the moment we entered the room – it was simply stunning! How could there be such a large window, such a beautiful view of the Songhua River, and such a perfect hotel? This scene made us never want to leave the room; just quietly sitting by the window and enjoying the scenery was enough. Next, let's talk about the hotel's service, which was also top-notch! We had an early flight back to Beijing on our departure day. We had booked a room with breakfast, but since we had to leave by 6 AM, we wouldn't be able to enjoy it. So, when checking in, I asked the front desk if there was a solution. The hotel offered a incredibly thoughtful plan: they prepared simple packed meals for us to take away. When we checked out, I saw three bags for the three of us, and each bag contained three packed containers with fruits, pastries, eggs, sausages, and more – it was so comprehensive! Who wouldn't love such a considerate hotel? Finally, one more thing: there aren't many dining options near the hotel. There's only one dumpling restaurant across the road. We navigated there, walked around for a long time, and just as we were about to give up, we discovered a hidden gem of a restaurant nearby called 'Dufu Smoked & Sauced Dumpling Longjiang Cuisine.' I highly recommend this restaurant too! The dishes are diverse, delicious, and affordably priced. It's truly a treasure! I'm already planning to replicate this experience with Shangri-La Songbei and Dufu Restaurant on my next trip to Harbin – I'm so excited to plan my next Harbin itinerary just for them! 😘

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Metro Line 2, just one stop away from the Ice and Snow World, making it easy to get around. We booked the Courtyard Family Suite, which has a well-designed layout with a TV wall separating the two king-sized bedrooms, offering good convenience. While the hotel is a bit older, it's fully equipped with amenities, and the cleanliness is well maintained. I noticed collision protection stickers on the table corners, which is a nice touch. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even provided complimentary breakfast every day. Room service robots deliver food and water quickly, so you don't have to wait long.
