Hotels in Harbin Railway West Station/ Wanda Plaza, Harbin

The owner is helpful and responsive to our request. The down side is that we have to register at 8th floor and head to the unit that we booked at different floor.

It's truly a rare find to stay at such a great hotel in Harbin this season. The breakfast is delicious, with freshly made noodles and grilled cold noodles being highly recommended. **Facilities:** Very comprehensive and all practical. **Hygiene:** Very clean, a definite plus for the Mercure brand. **Environment:** Very quiet, with a warm and comfortable indoor temperature. **Service:** Super enthusiastic, a stark contrast to the icy cold weather outside. **Location:** Not far from Harbin West High-Speed Railway Station and the subway station, making transportation convenient for getting around. If I have the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely choose this place. The hotel's homemade canned yellow peaches are also delicious. The fridge magnet given at check-out is very characteristic of Harbin and makes a nice souvenir. **Double self-service afternoon tea:** A good variety of fruit, tea, drinks, and cakes.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway station. I booked a family room, which was very spacious and bright. It even had a projector screen, perfect for winding down with family and friends and watching a movie after a long day of exploring.

An incredibly satisfying hotel stay, I wholeheartedly recommend it! Our experience was excellent from start to finish; the staff greeted us with warm, welcoming smiles. The hotel lobby is modern and elegant. Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with everything neatly arranged. It was fully equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Overall, everything was superb, and I highly recommend this hotel!

I arrived quite late, and the front desk upgraded my room for free – I'm really grateful to them! Moving on to the stay itself, I have to say this hotel had the most comfortable toothbrushes I've ever used in any hotel. The bath towels were also excellent; they really paid attention to these little details. The design and environment were quite clean, and there were even drinks in the mini-fridge. Next time I'm in Harbin, this will be my first choice – I've already saved it! Oh, and the front desk also gave me two ID card covers. The front desk staff were super enthusiastic, making me feel the warmth of Northeast China. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍

The customer service was very considerate. Seeing that I was in a hurry to go to Central Street, they let me stay in the same building, so that I wouldn't have to carry my suitcase to find an unfamiliar building on such a cold day. Thank you! The room was warm and comfortable, with complete facilities such as a washing machine, refrigerator, and large sofa. The colors were also beautiful and bright, but it was a pity that I forgot to take pictures.

The hotel is located in a building shared by multiple hotels, so the waiting time for the elevator is a bit long. The environment in the room is comfortable, the sleep quality is very good, and the sound insulation effect is average. If there is a snowplow outside, it will be noisy. The hotel TV is very large, but it does not support screen projection, so you can bring your own HDMI cable to project the screen.

The hotel is slightly far from the attraction area. But we can take mrt to those areas. This hotel is very near to harbin west train statiom, but walking distance is about 10 mins. You can walk along the building walkway and go thru an underground walkway, just that the walk way will close at 11pm and open 6am, if not mistaken. Otherwise, you have to walk around the open space in a cold weather. You can check my photos, the shot was either from our hotel room and the way to Harbin station Hotel is big and clean. They provide washing machine. The hotel person in charge allowed early checkin on request nd subject to room availabilty. The check in process is smooth as long as you can give them a call via booking free call line. They will share the access details to you. The room access is digitalize, no front desk services. Lots of restaurants at the surrounding area. KFC is nearby. Nearest subway is either harbin station or chengxiang road station. The room is exactly as advertised.

As Muslim travellers, we appreciate that the breakfast offered several vegetarian options including steam corn, sweet potatos and pumpkins, vegetables, boiled eggs and fresh fruits. During check in the staff were very kind and helpful, making the effort to translate to ensure clear and smooth communication. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities. But the best part was definitely the amazing service attitude!
